springs. when they pulled the dog from the home.... the pit bull was unconscious. with the help of a specialized oxygen mask... they were able to revive... the dog... and he was taken to an animal hospital.... in good condition. none of the people living in the efforts to bring an nfl team to las vegas. the stadium committee is expected to vote on the 1.9 billion dollar proposal that would be the home field for the raiders and the rebels. 13 action news reporter bryan callahan has a closer look at as the stadium comittee looks to pass it up the field to governor sandoval. after months of talk... and hundreds of pages of documents... the debate over the proposed $1.9 billion dollar stadium is boiled down into three issues on eight pages. the biggest... is a proposal that developers have termed a non- starter. that is the plan to limit the public contribution to 39 percent of the total cost of the stadium. with current estimated cost of $1.9 billion dollars...

dollars. that is the amount developers are asking for from the increased room tax. the issue would be if the project comes in under that number.... say $1.5 billion. that would drop the public contribution to $585 million... well below the $750 million developers have insisted upon since the beginning. developers say it is hard to pin down the exact cost... because the location has not been solidified. also in that proposal... the committee is asking the developers to cover infrastructure costs as well. make up of the board that would oversee the stadium. mayor carolyn goodman is asking that the city of las vegas has a representative on the stadium authority. the final issue... is a request the stadium and raiders be exempted from any new or increased ticket or other tax imposed on the stadium project. while many are expecting a vote from the committee tomorrow... they ould put the decision off for up to two weeks. bryan callahan, 13 action news. tomorrow..... is the first big step..... into getting the ball

shane had been out of their lives..... for -10- years... they re-connected in the last two years... and then..... learned of his heroin addiction. "the pills didn't work anymore so it turned to heroin. and understanding the addiction process -- it shuts down parts of your brain where you make good decisions and obviously he did not make good decisions". dealing with addictions in such a public way... hasn't been easy... but the ross family is touched..... by the otp "never did we think this would affect our family but it's amazing to know the amazing outreach in the community to our family..... but also how many families are affected by addiction" "recover is for everybody. not just the addict but for through" the ross family are big supporters.... of "the recovery high school"... here the valley. they say.... if only... it was available to their family... when their son.. shane.. was growing up. some neighbors in a summerlin community say they're being creeped out by some squatters.
