police believe joudeh has been living in his car. the associated press and two other news organizations are also suing the fbi for information related to the terror attacks in san bernardino. they want to know who the fbi paid and how much the spent.. to get into the locked iphone belonging to one of the terror suspects. the fbi in march said it had accessed the locked phone with the help of an unidentified third-p reveal details. the complaint was filed months after the fbi rejected records requests from the news organizations. the other plaintiffs are gannett co. and vice media llc. the colorado man's been homeless for two years. he says the denver police and fbi are to blame. steve talley's filed a ten million dollar lawsuit for false arrest, excessive force and malisious prosectution. police arrested talley two
