we learned.... that level -6- of the gold garage... has re-opened. -13- action news reporter.... bryan callahan has been out there... all night.... digging into what happened... officers here stressing that this was a domestic violence parking on the top floor of the parking garage. that's where a man and woman in the family were shot another man. police say the shooter had a previous relationship with the woman. both victims were taken to sunrise hospital. officer said their condition was stable. the gunman got away in a car... any other details about him. capt. vincent cannito lvmpd airport bureau commander 08.22.20.00 "it is an ongoing investigation. we don't want to get into the details right now. we have officer and detectives out there out in the field right now that are following up a number leads. we don't want to compromise any of that." police are still looking for that shooter. airport officials pointed out that the shooting happened in

i was telling my wife about it. darcy: well, your prophecy came true. mt. everest on sahara and valley view narrowly avoided shutdown with a 39-demerit c grade. 4:03 ishwor: this is like the first--second time we got c so far. their first c was just a few months ago--in may. that's why they're required to attend a supervisory conference with the health district for issues with non-compliance. as for their current c grade? 1:21 ishwor mishra: we had a few problems inside. there was a few handwashing washing your hands for five seconds with no soap is not proper sanitation. that's the first violation inspectors documented. there was also parsley and fried vegetables uncovered in the walk-in. chicken thawing in standing water. baskets stacked directly on top of fried bread. and no sanitizer in the sink where dishes were supposedly being sanitized. 1:25 ishwor: a little bit of here and there. i mean... so yeah... it was one of those days, you know? darcy: it was a bad day.

inspectors found multiple, live roaches by the dish machine and a dead one near the sink. there were also flies in the kitchen. base boards were in disrepair, wet and with food debris--creating very inviting conditions for creepy crawly pests. 3:24 ishwor: it was just the basic stuff, i mean, the roaches is a problem--i understand--but other than that it was just the basic problem, yeah. goat curry, tandoori chicken and many other foods were found in the temperature danger zone--which is when bacteria starts to grow. 3:07 ishwor: we had a problem with that, of course, but threw it away because they recommended to throw it away so we just threw it away. sauce was stored in an open, metal can. cardboard--which can't be cleaned--was used to line shelving. and speaking of stuff that can't be cleaned, they were also using milk crates as shelving throughout the walk-in freezer, where inspectors also found dirty containers and spill stains on the floor. 3:17 darcy: pretty basic stuff that the kitchen staff should know better. ishwor: i understand completely. it was, again, one of those days, right? /nat transition/

at karizma lounge bar on flamingo and decatur. inspectors shut the place down due to a multi-generational pest infestation. live roaches crawled over food equipment--on drain boards, the ice bin, floors, cabinets and splash guards. inspectors found a 4-inch gap on the corner of the front door allowing pest entry directly into the bar. there was also a lime stored in a dirty t- shirt bag with brown liquid. and scale build-up on the espresso machine's frother. /nat swish/ the other jerry's nugget, where inspectors shut down the hot dog cart for operating without hot water. they also wrote up repeat handwashing violations and found pizza at unsafe temperatures. darcy tag: jerry's nugget hot dog cart re-opened with a zero-demerit a. after a conference with the health district, mt. everest voluntarily closed to make some major repairs. they should be reinspected later this week. karizma lounge bar is still closed.
