facing. police say they were finally able to catch up with this man in north las vegas-- about three hours after the shooting happened. brown now sits behind bars-- charged with attempted murder-- discharging a firearm in a prohibited area-- and assault with a deadly weapon. this-- after police say he shot two people last night in the parking garage of mccarran airport. police say the two victims had just landed-- and were walking to their car in the garage. the female victim-- had a suspect. both those victims were taken to the hospital-- they are said to be in stable condition today. mk-- 13an. new at midday... bail has been set at 200-thousand dollars for the 19 year old accused of hitting a metro motorcycle officer. police say david williams was impaired--- mostly from marijuana when he rear-ended the officer at durango and tropicana last week. the officer was thrown from his bike... but is expected to be ok.

about a fire that started in their home. the family says their dog wouldn't stop running around until they got up and that's when they saw smoke. i woke up about 3:30 my dog was antsy and i had gotten up and went to the living room and all i could see was smoke.. the family was able to get out safely along with their dog and cat... firefighters were able to put out the fire within minutes... but it still caused about 40 the family can't go home because of all the damage. authorities plan to talk to ahmad rahami today--- he's the man accused of planting bombs in new york and new jersey. he is belived to be seen on these surveillance images you see here...near the chelsea bombing site sauturday night. rahami is still in critical condition at a new jersey hospital... but he is said to be alert.. authorities believe he was

to the attacks. and there new questions now about rahami's wife. a law enforcement source says she left the u-s a few days beofre the bombings. authorities are working with officials in pakistan and the united arab emirates to gain access to her. breaking news.. we just learned that the f-b-i interviewed ahmad rahami's father - two years ago - because he was calling his son a terrorist. c-n-n is just now releasing this information - citing two u-o the report says, rahami's father called the f-b-i back in 20-14 because his son was acting violently. agents apparently interviewed the father. his son was in jail at the time... accused of stabbing one of his relatives. officials say the f-b-i followed up on the allegation, but never interviewed the younger rahami because they concluded that this was a domestic situation. :19-:22 non stop gunfire at a busy

that's not the sound you want to hear on a plane... but that's what passengers got on a southwest flight from los angeles to nashville after the plane's tire blew shortly after takeoff. t from inside the plane as it landed at l-a-x. the plane landed safely and passengers were put on a different flight to nashville. no word on what caused the tire to blow. an update on that u-s air force crash near sacramento us air force says the two pilots safely ejected in sutter county. right now they are in isolated area - waiting for crews to arrive the military plane has crashed

investigators are on the scene, but we are still working to figure out details about the training mission and why the plane may have gone down. new information on a plane that went down in a phoenix suburb... now we're hearing audio from the cockpit that's giving us a glimpse of what happened before that plane went down.. the pilot of the plane has now been identified as ryan kilgore who was able to parachute out of the burning plane along with his passengers... the harrowing scene unfolded saturday during what was supposed to be a thrilling pyrotechnic skydive jump at a town fair. four skydivers jumped from the plane, landing as planned during a fair at a city facility about a half-mile away from where the plane crashed, gilbert fire and rescue capt. josh ehrman said. after the plane erupted in flames, the pilot donned a parachute and bailed out of the
