spotted in the woods in four states...now add another one to the list! police in a smalltown in pennsylvania now have such case. the clowns were apparently going around harassing kids. 12 year old brianne says she was on the playground with her friends when a clown appeared in the woods! (brianne hawke/ 12 years old) "a clown started chasing us up here and turned around and went calling us, cursing at us, it was scary' (peggy lee/ reporter) 'a clown did this?" (brianne hawke/ 12 years d police chief says that two men reportedly dressed as clowns were seen yelling at children before they took off in a vehicle. however the chief says no violence or threats were mentioned in that report. a new disturbing video is raising more safety concerns about pokemon go -- a man who is live-streaming the game near central park in new york ....captures his own mugging on camera... the violent attack happened right after midnight monday

in the video....you see the attacker sneaking up on yaneza....right before pouncing on him and raining down punches. the victim believes he was targeted because he frequents the park with other pokemon players. in july.. three missouri teens were charged with armed robbery after police say they waited out specific game locations.... then watched for distracted players to show up. from contact 13 now -- some good news for samsung note 7 replacements are will be available today! about half a million replacements arrived in the us. a recent survey suggests many of the original buyers may want a replacement. more than a third of those surveyed who own the phone say they will opt for a refund, rather than replacement, a fight breaks out at a high school and it's all caught on camera! one of the people you see fighting here -- is actually a teacher! wait until your hear how this all started.

the woman says she confronted the dad after she heard the little girl asking him to please let go. after taking the photos, the woman called 9-1-1. child protective services is now investigating the family. a new viral video shows a high school student in philadelphia fighting with his english teacher...and they both throw punches! the teacher even put the student in a headlock. (austin augustine/ student) "i don't think he was trying to swing. class. the teacher apparently tried to call security from his classroom but was not able to get help. he then went to a classroom and was again confronted in hallway and then a fight broke out. a crowd of about two dozen people were there to watch. the 16-year-old student you see in the video is now facing charges for aggravated assault. the teacher was not charged. right now we are working on
