gina? christopher we are still the only media right in front of starbucks here .. we can see investigators inside interviewing witnesses and trying to put all the pieces of the puzzle together. moments ago i just interviewed a guy who says he was inside starbucks when this all went down. between his testimony and what police are saying --- it sounds like there were a few minutes of complete chaos inside the coffee shop. calls inii this being a hostage situation because of the way witnesses described laying on the floor while the shooter was screaming and yelling and shooting. "he just stood up and then began shooting and said put your hands up and then shot the other gentleman a few times and uh it was just terror at that moment" that man you just heard from says he ran over to the victim to try and perform cpr amd save his life.....but he was
