13-action news reporter -- gina lazara -- working the scene all night. she speaks with witnesses. and -- she is live from the scene -- at warm springs and rainbow. police say it all started right here at the starbucks drive thru window...... they say the suspect orered a water but his credit card was declined.... so he drove away to bank of america...very angry about what just happened. take pkg: chopper 13 fast and first over the scene sunday afternoon ----as chaos erupted inside starbucks. medin gebrezgier, witness "i medin gebrezgier just finished his mid-morning pick-me-up inside the starbucks here at warm springs and rainbow. about to leave the coffee shop....when all of a sudden.... medin gebrezgier, witness "he just stood up and then began shooting and said put your hands up and then shot the other gentleman a few times" police say calls were coming in left and right about the active shooter. as the suspect also calls police saying he was a witness to the shooting.
