this morning broke into that apartment and took the animal to the animal foundation that dog could be put up for adoption in 72 hours. marissa whip marissa kynaston investigating to see if squatters may have started the fire. neighbors say the home has been empty for a couple months-- its boarded up-- theres even a ladder on the side of the house leading to a broken window. neighbors say they fear squatters-- possibly even a gang-- have been causing the problems. the starbucks on warm springs and rainbow-- where police say pedro garcia called them during a shooting sunday...police say he told them the victim 41 year old alexander khutsishvili was pulling something out. that's when investigators say the shooting happened. today the starbucks reopening-- with metro officers showing their support. the tug of war over the
