video of a 28-year-old clerk being dragged out of a convenience store where she works. witnesses look on in horror..and dial 9- 1-1. moments later, the woman forced into the suspect's car as he attacks her with a hammer. "witnesses and family members say that this person has been been following her..stalking her..following her around in the car, trying to find out where she lives." the suspect brought the woman to a cemetery where she was able to escape. the 29-year-old suspect is now behind bars after leading police on a chase. the victim is in the hospital this morning. an ohio woman has a warning for cell phone users-- take a look at what her samsung phone did to her bedroom... and this isn't one of the ones

her "samsung s-7 edge" and she left it on her nightstand while she ran out to qhickly meet a friend. when she came back she saw firetrucks everywhere, and smoke coming from her home. the woman says she had already sent the phone into samsung because it was over heating... but they sent it back and told her the device was fine. "this phone was overheating from the beginning! i've only had it for two months!" (butted with) "if somebody has one of those phones, i would provider and see if the phone is safe!" the woman says her insurance company is now talking to samsung about the incident. a suspect leads police on a high- speed chase... the violent pursuit nearly wiping out pedestrians...the suspect driving onto sidewalks, and smashing into parked cars. what set this whole thing off. plus... a new twist this afternoon on that mystery at sea. after being lost at sea for over a week...his mother is presumed dead.
