officials say she and the man got into a fight outside catholic charities on main street. the man was rushed to the hospital in critical condition, but police do not believe he will survive. metro is investigating the death of a 3-month-old baby. police say the parents found the child unresponsive around 2 a-m, inside a friend's apartment near charleston and lamb. the abuse and neglect department has taken over the case. the couple's 3 other cihldren are in the care of child protective services. officer shot and killed a man-- we now know-- he may not face criminal charges. and now-- the family attorney argues that the victim was just trying to protect his family. 13 action news reporter marissa kynaston tells us what happened months before the shooting-- that the attorney says-- explains the victims actions. review back in december-- police were trying to arrest three people in the front yard of roberto sanchezs home-- when
