indicated the officers should not be charged. 13 action news reporter marissa kynaston has more on what they're dealing with.. and why they say they're still seeking justice. they feel like they've been mistreated the children of roberto sanchez cried today-- as they listened to details of the night their father died. all he was trying to do was protect his 2 young sons that were there in the home with him its been nearly ten months since police shot and killed sanchez. officers went to his home in december robbery suspects. they said sanchez came out of his home carrying a gun, and refused their commands to drop it. police say he then started raise the gun - and that's when an office rshot. but investigators say the body camera - malfunctioned. always, absolutely, it's better to have that footage to provide that testimony for additional evidence to support what happened that night the family attorney says a couple of months before - armed robbers
