"you won't have a dad tomorrow. he works as a bartender right." that profile also posted a schedule of high schools they're visiting this week. c-c-s-d police say they are taking the messages seriously, but none of the threats are credible. even in nye county.... authorities are reaching out to the f-b-i after someone made a threat on facebook toward "pahrump valley high school's homecoming event". it referenced "clown authorities aren't sure whose behind the facebook account, and they don't believe its a credible threat. still they will have officers at the event to make sure everyone's safe. threats-vo all these clown threats across ting the attention of the white house. press secretary josh earnest says all law enforcement should take these threats seriously... adding that a number of police departments across the country are now asking for help from the f-b-i and homeland security.. on how they should handle this

a car coming, breaks screech - and just yelling going on. during the defense's opening arguments tuesday, harris's attorneys say this is when he discovers the lifeless body of his 22-month-old son in the back seat of his suv, still strapped in a rear facing car seat, after more than seven hours in the hot car. maddox kilgore/defense attorney: ross loved that little boy more than anything. cooper's death was accident. harris cried in court reliving the day., he's charged with murder and second degree child cruelty. he's pleading not guilty, he forgot to drop his son off false. that he was responsible. what you're gonna see in this trial is that responsible isn't the same thing as criminal. but police are testifying that harris didn't look remorseful, and shared video from inside this police cruiser where they say he seemed more concerned about the air conditioning than his dead son. nats justin ross harris: feels like i'm not getting any air back here.

45-year-old bradley francis has been identified as the suspect in this case. he's facing a charge of murder with a deadly weapon, before he was taken into custody - he was holed up inside a home, near lake mead and rampart. witnesses tell us his grandmother - who was in her 80's - was running out of her home-- apparently trying to escape from the attack. officers say francis followed her outside - and shot her in police in henderson are now searching the area where they say a man was shot randomly... they are hoping to find new clues leading to his killer. officers have been retracing the victim's path... looking for any possible leads. investigators say early monday morning, christopher stewart was at "the bar" or "born and raised" near saint rose and bermuda. some time after he left, he called 9-1-1 saying he'd been shot-- but then he crashed his car into a light pole near
