"you get a subpoena, and after getting the subpoena you delete 33,000 emails." clinton and her campaign don't dispute -- deleting the emails. the -- not work-related -- and were not necessary to turn over. her campaign -- however -- denies deleting the emails -- after a subpoena -- from the house-select committee -- on benghazi on march 4, 2015. but -- an fbi report finds -- the subpoena -- came in before that march 4th date. an employee deleted the emails -- three weeks later. trump's assertion -- clinton deleted relevant emails --to avoid scrutiny -- is unprovable
