morning... chopper 13 was fast and first --- as n-h-p pursued a dump this morning. this went on for about 5 minutes... the driver did eventually pull over - near the lake mead exit. n-h-p now tells the driver was weaving in and out of lanes... troopers did test and he didn't appear to be intoxicated. they said he was just tired. now they are requiring that he stays off the road for 10 hours.

students to stay home today. the shelter in place order was lifted at 7:30 this morning. also...in california...a highway patrol officer shoots and kill a suspect on a major freeway in irvine. the incident happened on interstate 5 causing a major traffic jam. we're told the suspect was initially running across freeway lanes and was hit by a car. when officers arrived, he confronted them and that's when he was shot. he was taken to a hospital no officers were injured. three people are in the hospital.... two in critical condition after a fire at a high-rise senior care facility in los angeles. over 1-hundred firefighters rushed to the 15-story building last night . the fire broke out on the fourth floor. several people were forced out of the building while others were told to shelter in place. the cause is under investigation. new shocking details about more of trump tapes that could be released to the media... now a fox news anchor is saying he's going through his interviews with the billionaire....
