through the lobby. they say this man is a person of interest and he is the last person seen with the victim. anyone with information is encouraged to call police. this man is under arrest.. facing several charges including the alleged sexual assualt of a minor. detectives in pahrump say 28-year old jose bautista had lewd conversations with a 17-year-old girl on social media before inviting her to his home. investigators say he later admitted to the crimes. he's being held on 350-thousand dollars bail. for the first time in two nights, people in one condo building can get to their cars after a broken pipe is fixed. we first brought you the story last night -- tonight, 13 action news reporter tom george is making sure these people are taken care of. tom look live today residents here finally able to get back to their cars again. this area used to be blocked. in fact this whole area was flooded for the better part of the last two days.

mobile devices are a blessing.. or a curse. researchers at boston university and the university of michigan recently interviewed a group of 35 parents and caregivers. they found many feel the touchscreens are a peacemaker.. that provide quick entertainment for little ones.. or a way to quickly communicate. other parents see them as a disconnect that prevents living in the moment with their children. for the first time in nearly a decade.. the number of teenagers killed in car crashes last year went up. according to thn the governor's highway safety association.. the number of teenage traffic fatalities had been falling from 2005 to 2014. one reason experts say the number went up in 2015 seems to be distractions while driving. bermuda is bracing for hurricane nicole.. which is expected to pass over.. or near the island tomorrow. residents are being warned to take this storm very seriously. right now.. nicole is a category 3 storm
