sot it was bad over there, couldnt even get to the dumpster... it got so bad, the rising water almost reaching people's doorsteps... sot i'm an elderly lady and i dont want to fall by no means.. they say what's worse... their condo owners werent answering the phone.... sot who do we call, ghostbusters? i mean, seriously, who do we call!? the answer as it turns out... not the water district... they tell us since the condos owners to fix the leak... that can require the owner calling the district to shutting off the water. something that can be a tricky balancing act.... sot we're talking about impacting hundreds of thousands of customers, so a lot of times, they have to weigh the balance of those customers being without water for an extended period of time, or letting the leak continue.. in this case, thats what they had to do... the leak continued 2 nights until the condo was able to get someone in this morning to fix

two-car crash that left behind a mess this morning it happened near sahara and durango. police say one of the cars was rear- ended by the other causing the driver to lose control and jump the center median. the good news -- no one was seriously hurt. the death toll in the southeastern u-s now stands at 37 in the wake of hurricane matthew.. while a half-million are still without carolina.. mandatory evacuations are still in effect because of a massive hold in a dam. the governor there says this is the worst flooding north carolina has ever seen.. and he's warning residents the danger is far from over. calm and warm will soon turn into warm and windy as a series of systems approaches mainly sunny skies.
