francois had his third career game with at least 300 yards passing. the 'noles get the win. tennessee has been the most exciting team of the season erasing double digit deficits in five of its first six games, not to mention they've played a ranked opponent four weeks in a row and happened to save their best stretch for last or if you're a vols fan worst as number one alabama favorite in knoxville and they would have much more than that. they absolutely rule with tennessee down. jackson with a stutter step here. back to receive the punt, he would take off. 79 yards for the score. tied with 11 nonoffensive t.d.s this season as they handed the vols a second straight loss in blowout fashion, 49-10 the final.

we've been watching the flames.. and the smoke very intense.. you can see it for miles. we know this is a new and let you know of any updates.. staying on top of breaking news ....you saw first on ktnv.com. a deadly shooting spree on the i-15 this morning....ends .... with more than a dozen officers....taking the 13 action news reporter david schuman is live at the cvs... that police say... the shooter ran into with a gun. david. this is where the suspect ended up today after police say he randomly shot at several vehicles on the i-15..killing one person. and right about here is where the k-9 unit charged him and officers slapped the cuffs on.

store." this video shows the i-15 shooting suspect on his knees with his hands up when a metro k9 officer rushes him. more officers descend..and take the man away. how did we get here? police say the man shot at 3 vehicles on they're unrelated. i don't know why he would shoot at all these various vehicles. a long stretch of interstate was closed down and the man wound up at this cvs in the south valley. sexually assaulted an employee. 123621 "grab her and allegedly pull his pants down. some of these irrational acts, i don't know how i'm going to explain this." witnesses described the chaotic scene of frightened people running from the store. 153512 jim cook "they were screaming what's going on. oh my god he's got a gun and then we were just like get behind the cars, get behind the cars." the suspect was inside less than an hour and by then police were in place.

nine people are looking for a new place to stay. up north ... firefighters are trying to get a massive wildfire under control ... near reno. governor brian sandoval declared a state of emergency... so that crews could get the resources needed to battle the flames. officials say ... 4 firefighters were injured and had to be treated for oxygen issues. 23 homes and 17 buildings were burned by the "little valley fire." no word on how this fire started. closer to home .... a wildfire burni charleston continues to grow in size. right now .... the "october fire" has charred about 30 acres ... near mary jane falls. this is the third fire in the area ... in just the last week and a half. no word on how this one started either. happening right now-- north las vegas police ... are investigating a late night crash ...that took the life of a 10 year-old. investigators tell us .... the boy was found in the middle of the road... near owens and civic center. they believe the child fell from a van...while it was moving.

van too... but police say... they were not injured. it's unclear what caused this accident... but we're told the driver of the van stayed at the scene. a communtiy is mourning the loss of two people killed in an accident in pennsylvania. the man and woman ... crashed on their way to the hospital friday night. police say....they were going to see the man's dad who had just been hurt in a robbery. a 13 action news update ... a san francisco officer... shot in the head... is expected to survive! the officer was responding to a call about a mentally disturbed person. when authorities confronted the man... he turned around and fired several shots at the officers. the suspect was arrested. luckily....the officer who was shot.... was just grazed in the head! a shootout in dallas ... has left a suspect dead ... and an officer injured! investigators say .... an officer was in this neighborhood when he saw a shooting in progress. the officer was confronting the suspect ...
