an 80 year old died--- when his pickup hit a truck parked on the shoulder of the southbounds lanes at i-15 and the 95. police believe the driver suffered some type of medical episode. another update -- n-h-p now saying an unsafe lane change led to a deadly hit and run on the 15 at sunset sunday, highway patrol says a gray toyota camry heading north bound was hit by another car... crashing into the center wall. this is the aftermath of the one man... in his twenties... died and another was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries . just breaking now -- metro arrested this guy - 43 year old christopher rogers. he's being accused of setting up hidden cameras in a home he rented out and taking pictures! he's facing five counts of capturing an image of the private area of another. now police are looking for

pecos. if you lived there -- call police. new at 3 -- a one hundred thousand dollar bail is now set for a woman accused of leaving her gun out...which resulted in a toddler being shot. shaletres townsend appeared in court earlier today. her attorney tried to argue to have her released on her own recognizance and, then, to have the bail reduced but the judge turned that down. v also new at 3 -- jared her attorney says subway knew as early as 2004 that fogle had approached a young girl for a sex act at a promotional event for a las vegas subway franchise . she got emotional during a press conference earlier today apologizing to fogle's victims and said she was filing the suit to get answers about what subway knew and when its executives knew it.
