19-year-old jordan delgado and 23-year-old victor delgado. this is newly released surviellance from morning of october 13th. that's when police found a man dead from multiple gunshot wounds in a parking lot of this gas station in the 66-hundred block of east lake meade boulevard. you see three men leaving together. police say two of those men are jordan and victor delgado. they're also looking for a third suspect who drove the getaway car--which is that silver you seen in the last frame. you (shots fired) some intense dash cam video from a state trooper's car and wild surveillance video from a carjacking attempt show the moments leading up to a suspect being shot. we're also getting new information about why the suspect may have been in the valley. 13 action news reporter marissa kynaston has the details. as we watched the video of the pursuit-- the most shocking thing for me was seeing how

video from inside the auto dealership where the shooting happened. nhp says 28 year old javier munoz was using the car as a weapon-- just before he was shot. now-- investigators are still trying to figure out why munoz was in las vegas. nhp says he was from glendale arizona-- he did have distant family in the area-- but they dont believe thats why he was here. they say he may have only been here two days before going on the crime spree-- injuring 22:06:10 says dudleys pursuit was text book, extremely dangerous situation marissa tag its still not clear if munoz was under the influence during this pursuit and shooting-- nhp says they are still waiting for toxicology results. mk--

now as we release the results of our exclusive new 13-action news rasumussen poll. this one is on nevada's u-s senate race. it's another close one.. showing democrat catherine cortez masto at 43- percent.. with republican dr. joe heck at 41-percent. that is well within the poll's 3- and a half percent margin of error. joining us now with somse insight.. 13 action news political ----these results are not surprising. nearly every poll taken in this race has shown it to be close. but the early voting numbers show democrats with a big lead, which combined with a republican- leaning poll showing joe heck behind, must be making republicans nervous. especially because this is the most important senate race in
