joshua banasiak was arrested that same day in connection with shooting... but he's since been released. battina's family says theyve still seen him in their neighborhood and theyre terrified and want to try and move by the end of the month. tom george, 13 action news. police are looking for a man responsible for a similar incident overnight. ser sleeping inside were hit by gunfire. officers found at least 10 shell casings. a witness told police they saw someone randomly shooting from a car. fortunately.. no one was hurt. a heads-up for motorists. the massive road construction project.. nicknamed 'car-nado'.. begins tomorrow in the spaghetti bowl.. and it will impact thousands of travelers. starting tomorrow night.. the 15 northbound ramp to us-95 will be closed.
