seeing how many people were in harms way during this entire pursuit. this is dash cam video from the trooper's car, showing what appears to be 28-year-old javier munoz driving recklessly on the freeway. weaving in and out of traffic-- nhp says he did reach speeds of 100 miles per hour-- and this is surveillance video from the auto dealership where the shooting hapn munoz throwing a driver on the ground, then try to steal a car from the dealership. there are several people inside while all this happens. nhp says munoz did not have a gun-- but they say he was using the stolen vehicles as a weapon. vehicle as a deadly weapon its still not clear if munoz was under the influence during this pursuit and shooting-- nhp says they are

down. the september jobs report shows unemployment rates are down in the state's most populated areas. that includes las vegas.. where the jobless rate fell to 5.6%.. from 6% in august. unemployment rates are also down in all 17 nevada counties. a federal judge has approved volkswagen's plan for a massive vehicle buy-back program in response to its emissions scandal. the nearly 15-billion dollar settlement comes a year after installing software on certain diesel vehicles that allowed it to dodge emissions standards. volkswagen owners in the u-s can choose between a buyback on their affected car.. or compensation and a free fix.. if a repair becomes available. take a look.... at this big rig... it just delivered.... the world's first commercial shipment... by self-driving truck. this is video posted.....

tonight's dirty dining is the one with the most demerits.. but it all comes down to the cleanest restaurant in tonight's dirty dining is the one with the most demerits.. but it all comes down to imminent health hazards. contact 13 chief investigator darcy spears found one with a cockroach infestation and another where a kitchen fire was the least of their problems. this picture looks like something out of a halloween horror movie, but it's just bbq king on spring mountain. the dirty dining repeat offender was shut down due to a fire in the kitchen. and you can see from the health district's pictures there was quite a bit of damage. but inspectors found all kinds of other scary things. like many cockroaches on a back room shelf. raw duck thawing in standing water. excessively dirty food storage containers and a whole bunch of

the cooler. /nat swish/ not to be outdone in the creepy department, dukem ethiopian restaurant on sierra vista near swenson was shut down for a cockroach infestation. there were multi-generational roaches crawling on dishes, cutting boards and prep tables. attracted by floors between equipment which were excessively soiled with oil and food debris. and the roaches weren't just in the kitchen. some were spotted on a customer table inh room. /nat swish/ our final imminent health hazard closure came at desi burrito on flamingo near swenson. it was shut down for having no hot water. /nat swish/ the highest demerits--40 and a c grade--were given to therapy. despite that, the restaurant on east fremont and 6th had the cleanest conditions you'll see in this report. 12:06 darcy: we're here because you guys are on dirty dining for the 40-demerit c grade you got from the health district and we want your side of the story.

know about that. darcy: you didn't know about that? well you can see there's your c grade right back there, this is the health report. owner jared weiss asked for time to sort things out with his staff, so we came back monday to talk with the general horta/general manager: i think that the report, it was a little bit too tough and too rough. therapy has filed a formal complaint with the health district to dispute some of their violations. 26:49 darcy: you don't believe you deserved 40 demerits or a c grade? maria: absolutely no demerits, we agree with that but not for the 40. inspectors documented improper handwashing due to handsinks blocked by trash cans. and multiple prepared foods in the walk-in stored past their seven-day expiration date. 19:54 maria: they needed to throw it away and they failed to throw it away. other food was found at unsafe temperatures including grilled mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, and microgreens in standing water. these wooden skewers were stored in a dirty container. and there was bacterial growth
