we're on top of a developing story right now -- at least six people are dead after a school bus crashed into a commuter bus in baltimore. police say the school bus first hit a car then went into a pillar. the bus then slammed into oncoming traffic and collided with an m-t-a bus. tj smith/baltimore police "it literally looks like a bomb exploded in the bus and it is catastrophic damage. " "there are no skid marks? so something catastrop place? and it is something we are continuing to investigate no children were on the school bus -- but the driver of that vehicle was killed. five of the other fatalities were from the commuter bus. the national transportation and safety board is sending a highway team to investigate the crash.. another deadly halloween tragedy unfolds in mississippi. a mother and two of her children were killed when a flat bed truck crashed into the

sparks caused the front of her car to ignite. the 87 year old says she's grateful the officer was there to help her get out and save her life. you trust the food you buy at the store for your little one is healthy like the label says. but a new study says that might not be true. it found food and drink marketing for young children often goes against what experts say is healthy for kids to eat. kumasi aaron shows us which types of products are the biggest culprits. study basically found the marketing leads parents to believe products like these are healthier alternatives to breast milk or homemade food. and that's just not always the case. check out these numbers. take graphic 1: according to the new study by the rudd center for food policy and obesity and the university of connecticut... nearly 60 percent of advertising dollars promoted products that are not recommended for young children. it's a big deal because experts don't recommend serving products with added sugar to children under two. still, study results show 50

83 percent of toddler snack foods have added sweetners. kumasi aaron / @itskumasi i found some examples of some of those products, toddler milk sweetened with sugar and marketed as formula and snack foods with low nutritional value. the study even called out one specific liquid supplement with high calories aimed at young children that has as much sugar as a sports drink. i looked on the labels, and all have added sugar and sweeteners. take video: the study also like less crying better digestion and brain development. but the thing is, companies are not required to support this jennifer harris / uconn rudd center for food policy & obesity 12:55:22-51 the first two years of a child's life are different fruits and vegetables and different textures they're not going to learn to enjoy those foods.
