alone anymore" the problem in a neighborhood that has parents freaked out. people living in peccole ranch say.... teenagers are terrorizing their children.... who are just trying to play outside. even saying.... they are going to shoot them!!! 13 action news reporter gina lazara met with them today and learned about the frightening things these teens are saying. gina. she's live near hualapai and charleston......gina? the kids play in this cul-de-sac right here....and their parents tell me.....those teens yell threats r gate right here. neighborhood monica harrison's son has enjoyed playing with the other neighborbood kids at the end of their street.....for months. monica harrison "riding bikes...playing with their pokemon cards" until recently..... monica says -- two teens have been terrorizing them! monica harrison "every time...they wait for the kids to be out there and the end of the culdesac and they just approach them" she says they pull up on their bikes --- and that's when the yelling starts. monica harrison "scaring them

need to be careful and that something is going to happen to them" monica says it's happened 10 times in the last month. and when the teens show up.....they say things like.... monica harrison "we're gonna come in a van and we're gonna shoot you all" guy "it's awful" when one of the parents comes outside.... monica harrison "as soon as they see an adult, they take off or they give you a finger and then just run away" it's gotten to the point where monica says the kids are terrified..... and so are the parents! monica harrison "i dont let my son be out here alone anymore" one neighbor says if he sees it absolutely speak up. guy "i would tell them to get out and leave kids alone and it is not their business to be messing with little kids" the neighborhood hoa tells me they've gotten reports from neighbors living on other streets in the area---- that have very similar stories of teens making threats and flipping people off. and actually tonight -- police were able to identify one of

"(things were always peaceful when you went out?) yes we did not have problems." randy black the second --- remembers the freshman he met back in '99. his unlv rebels teammate --- dietrich canterberry -- known as d-c. kid man, a big body, probably 61, 300 pounds." tonight -- the lapd saying canterberry -- used that strength to beat a man outside of a hollywood nightclub. the victim --devon jelkes -- seen in this youtube video -- later died at the hospital. "2-3 second" "what's going on with dc right now is awful, definitely awful, but someone lost their life over this thing." witnesses told police... two women got into a fight outside.

that i was going. this was my notice to vacate on august 31st. but what liz didn't realize, is her lease runs through september. liz lane: i reached back out to her and i said i'm really sorry. i thought it was august 31st, instead of september 30th. but this email shows, her management company quote "decided to accept and enforce the notice" liz had sent them. they expected her out by the end of august, and to pay a 2-thousand dollar fee for breaking her lease. liz lane: so i responded back, so you're telling me i have to admitted to making a mistake, but wanted to stick to the original agreement. so when management wasn't willing to work with her, liz reached out to contact 13. we contacted management, and they agreed to let liz and her kids stay for the last month of the lease. so what should you know when renting? first, be sure you have a copy of your lease for your records. and check what it says, before contacting management. lauren pena: any time you sign anything with a landlord or
