trump's campaign office in denver has been vandalazed. obsenities were spray painted on the building and the windows were white washed. volunteers reported the damage when they arrived for work this morning. a campaign official says there is a surveillance camera -- but nothing was caught on tape. one church has a controversial warning before the election -- vote democrat -- and you'll go to hell. a catholic church in san diego put in a recent bulletin quote "it's a mortal sin to vote d also lists democratic positions on everything from same sex marriage to abortion -- it says will doom supporters to hell. the spokesman for the san diego diocese says the messages don't reflect catholic teaching and are inappropriate. kevin eckery / spokesman roman catholic diocese of san diego "by descending into endorsing one party or another or saying outlandishly that if you vote for one party you'll go to hell is just flat out wrong." the diocese says people should vote their consciences.

church's message -- the building is also a place people will go to vote on tuesday. two former officials linked to new jersey governor chris christie's office have been found guilty on all charges. prosecutors say the two are connected to the lane closures in 20- 13 on the george washington bridge they also say it was an act of alleged political retribution to a local mayor for not endorsing christie in his re-election campaign. and bill baroni were convicted of scheming with former christie ally david wildstein.. wildstein has pleaded gulity. the family of a black man who was gunned down by police in el cajon, california is filing a lawsuit against the department. the wife of alfred olango and his daughters say they're filing the suit because to prevent another family from going through something similar. "justice is going to come in the form of no more alfed olangos."

police say he was uncooperative and pointed what they thought was a gun it turned out to be a vaping device. more grisly details are emerging... after a south carolina woman is found chained by her neck inside a storage container. a suspect appeared in court today. meanwhile police are trying to make sure they don't have a serial kil looking for as many as four bodies on the property surrounding that container. a-b-c's lauren lyster has the latest. investigators today discovering a body while pouring over this rural south carolina area...authorities believe there are more - as they look for evidence of a possible serial killer's crimes. ((nats/sot court)) this after authorities say they found 30 year old kala brown chained up and held captive on his 100 acre property thursday. sot johnny raven, neighbor "he'd always tell me well i'm going over here and get my tractor out and play in my big sandbox." [gfx] acting on a tip, police say they heard brown banging on the inside of a storage container in this wooded area, surrounded by a chain-link fence. brown - chained inside by her neck -- telling police, she had inside the metal locker for two months [[gfx]] brown -- who reportedly cleaned houses for kohlepp -- went missing with her boyfriend charlie carver at the end of august. on thursday, police finding their car at the crime scene, but no sign of carver -- brown told police - she witnessed kohlepp shoot him. sot "we're trying to make sure we don't have a serial killer on our hands." kohlepp was convicted and sentenced to

in court today, no bond was set -- and the solicitor saying he is confident a murder charge will be brought against him...lauren lyster, abc news los angeles. jerry sandusky is fighting to have his child sexual abuse convictions overturned. the former penn state university assistant football coach is serving a 30 to 60 year sentence for sexually abusing ten boys. sandusky is in court in pennsylvania. his lawyers are trying to get the charges dismissed or get a new trial. a man identified as "victim two" in court doc expected to testify. suspended-v harvard university has suspended their entire men's soccer team for the rest of the season over sexual comments made about the women's soccer team. the university's president says the comments date back to 20-12. a document uncovered by the school newspaper shows male players rated the attractiveness of female recruits and included lewd

a simple picture of some halloween cupcakes is going viral this afternoon -- because of the sweet message of kindness it represents. a fourth grader in pennsylvania baked cupcakes for her class halloween party. but while she was on the bus, another girl tripped and accidentally knocked them onto the floor. the little girl was devastated-- until her bus driver saved the day. 1:07-1:19 "the lady came in and said these are for farrah heim, and i was my bus driver made me cupcakes!'"
