9:02 am
but they're bears. so he's going off a little bit. >> one of the commercials points out in particular the type of attorneys that say, oh, we're going to get cash fast. cash fast usually means we're going to take the first settlement we can take. >> right. go into a mill kind of thing and you don't get the representation you desire. you maybe don't get the best result you can get. so we're gonna get you a result much we just want to take our time, make sure it's the right result and take care of you through the process. >> remind us again at peters associates what you specialize in. you're helping people manage their personal finances and stay out of debt. >> right. so we do a lot of debt relief work, help people get out of debt. show them how to use credit responsibly in the future. we do personal injury work, so we protect people who have been injured either through a car accident, and also protect people against credit or harassment. people are calling trying o collect debt in a way not compliant with federal law, we
9:03 am
pocket. >> which excellent. the one thing i see pretty much every single lawyer commercial i see is they all try do this serious face. serious. >> yes. >> you're getting away. >> look, the law is a serious thing. people come into my office and they're upset. they've been injured. they've been damaged somehow and they come to us to try to fix it. we understand that. but we also understand that smiling, laughing is a good part of what we're all here for. this makes us -- might notes the level of if we want to bring a little bit of that -- the world is serious enough. >> ho is in the panda costume? >> that's what i was gonna ask! >> it's not me. unfortunately, i am not that good at acting, period. but without my voice. so this -- >> can we see the panda again? >> this panda is fantastic. >> he's amazement he's a professional mascot. >> it is a he in inn that. >> he's a professional mass set.
9:04 am
10 to six foot. very few women are that tall. >> here is the thing, i actually know a professional mascot. he was a former hey reb. is that the same guy? >> i don't know if he was the hey reb guy. i can't remember his name. but really nice guy. you see he's talented in what he can do. just using his body to perform. >> i think everyone should have an opportunity to dress up in a panda outfit. >> shawn, are you volunteering? >> i'll bring it in. >> i volunteer as [ laughter ] if people want to contact you, where do they go? >> look up panda law firm or panda guys and they'll find us on the web. 702-18183888 is also our number. we're not hard to find. we kind of stick out. just look for panda guy. >> when are these commercials going to be running? >> they originally ran last night for the election. we knew it was going to be serious enough and we want to do provide a little levity from that time. but from here on out, these are the commercials people will be seeing. we introduce new ones as time
9:05 am
>> cool. >> congratulations. >> i volunteer to do a panda outfit. >> i would love to have you. definitely. >> i would like to audition for the part of the panda. john? >> playing the part of panda. >> i once got a good review for playing a parrot. for more information on peters and associates or the panda guy, call the number on your screen or find them on facebook and twitter.
9:06 am
9:07 am
aging and disease is something we would all like it avoid. there is a new product on the market that says it can take care of both. >> i'm in. here with more.
9:08 am
healthycell. >> let's talk about the single most important factor that determines both aging and the most disease. what's the one thing? >> we have 300 trillion cells that make up the human body. each one of those cells is nine feet of dna. so damage to our dna is really what initiates the aging process and is the root cause of virtually all disease. >> wow. >> that's the secret. the secret is how can we make that damage as litt possible and how can we repair the damage that we all get? and over the years, what we've seen in science is that there are certain natural compounds that can actually help repair dna, avoid dna damage, as well as lifestyle changes that together those things together, you can make a dramatic improvement in the quality of your life and as well as the aging process inside the cells. >> wow. >> so i'm talking to these gentlemen when they first came in and i haven't put a lot of thought into my cells or my cell health.
9:09 am
measure your cell health. tell me about that. >> yes. so what -- we have a test where we can measure the rate of damage to your dna, the rate of repair to your dna and those two little things are very easy to be done with a tiny little pin prick or with a little morning urine sample that you drop in the mail and we can tell what you your aging parameters are. the secret is to drop your dna damage and to raise your repair rates. published literature has documented that people who have higher dna repair rates and less damage to live longer, healthier lives with less disease. >> wow. incredible. how did you hear about healthycell? >> i actually -- it's a quick story. i found out about dr. gee and i hunted him down. i found him in florida at a convention and i did all i could do to get a three-minute meeting. at that meeting, turned out to be almost three hours. and i started -- he introduced me to the product that i now
9:10 am
difference within about 90 days and then within that 90 days, i was doing things that i was told i'd never do. you guys, i have a prosthetic leg, 44 surgeries, and procedures on my spine. i spent 91 days in the hospital and two weeks in a coma. i have a plate in my head. i died twice. so i've been through a lot. all that trauma -- >> you know you don't look like you died >> i'm here, but that whole time i was told i would never be able to walk again and never be able to complete a sentence. i spent a year in speech therapy and a year in a wheelchair. in 2014 i was 310 pounds. i had a 56-inch waist and was on 21 different prescription medications. >> oh, my goodness. >> let me tell you, today i take no prescription medications. i take the formula that dr. gee
9:11 am
i'm doing things that i never thought i'd be able to do at my age. i'm 54 years old. and i feel like i'm 34 years old. i go to the gym. i exercise. i obviously don't weigh 300 pounds anymore. and i obviously can complete sentences again. i stuttered drastically. and so not only has it helped me repair my cells for me, but it's also helped me with inflammation, getting off the pain pills, thing out electric today. i'm free. and i love being that way. >> amazing. by the way, do you remember testing his cells? >> at that time we did not test the cells at that time. >> okay. you just got him in the program? >> that's right. >> you mentioned you're here in town for a program happening tonight. >> yes. >> tell bus it. >> i'm giving a lecture to both the public and to physicians on this is not about vitamins and
9:12 am
we're talking about now is our whole new generation of products that can actually interact with the general nettic level and help regulate your gene activity turning certain things on and off inside your cell. so that cell is a healthier, more functioning cell. cells make organ, organs make tissue, tissues make your body. when you work at that fundamental level, everything changes and how you feel, look, sleep, your energy patterns, are remarkable usually within three or >> so that's happening tonight at 7. >> it is, thank you. >> make sure you reach out to the number on your screen. ran out of time. great having you. thank you so much. >> thank you so much. >> we appreciate it. >> unbelievable. if you would like to learn more about healthycell, there is a seminar tonight from 7 to 8:30 in george room one and two. if you want to find out more, text the number on your screen or visit the web site. you can go there and find that healthycell for a complimentary

>> holidays are just around the corner and while you're in storage, point out this holidays lights, grab that box of old jewelry and head down to nevada coin mart. >> where you can take your junk and turn it into cash. here is neil sackmary with more. >> neil! >> yes. >> just in the nick of time. >> i'm always here. even in spirit, i'm always here. >> actually has a cot that he lives in. >> pretty incredible.
9:16 am
mart. you trot down any main street, you'll see we buy gold. what makes you better than them? >> nevada coin mart is the industry leader because neil sackmary is an expert. neil sackmary is a graduate gemologist from gia. that means that i am an expert with what i do. i buy dimes. i buy rolexs. on top of which i've been doing coins and jewelry for over 20 years. and so when your items, you want to come to someone that knows the value of jewelry, gold jewelry, silver jewelry, and costume jewelry, as well as any type of coin. >> don't forget about tiaras. i just found a tiara. this is a good day. >> it's a really good look. >> i agree with you 100%. >> not only are you open 365 days a year, but you know the concept that someone has to put in 2,000 hours before they're
9:17 am
talk about someone who has put in a lot of time. >> you know, it's very funny. a lot of people now have seen me on tv and come into the store. i'm the same energetic person. believe me, i'm looking at you and i'm the same person. like we have a little bit more time, so i'm not like -- people get excited because they see me like this. i get excited when i see you. so that's why you have to stop what you're doing and immediately come here. it's been working. i can't tell you how many people coffee or danish and go, i need to go see what this guy is talking about. if you don't come see me, you are losing money. >> why are you losing money? >> you need to come and see neil sackmary. he's an expert. he gets you the most cash. any type of jewelry, any type of coin, any type of collectible. >> here is what happens. you go into these other jewelry stores. they'll salem test this in the back. they disappear for a while.
9:18 am
it's worth $2. >> right. >> you don't do that. you don't take it out of their site. you have technology that let's you show very clearly and very quickly what everything is worse. >> j.j. could not attest to this -- >> she's coming in soon. >> true. >> you have seen real customers come in the store. so what you're talk about is from experience. customers come in. i have three, 55-inch monitors that you can see right here. nothing leaves your sight. if you go somewhere and they're go your sight, you need to immediately leave. gold and silver after the election have skyrocketed today. >> it did last night. >> tremendous. if i was to tell you how fold and silver are soaring right now, that you need to stop what you're doing and sell your stuff now because it's going through the roof. >> i have to stop you. we have a special report from
9:19 am
presumably to congratulate donald trump and talk about the peaceful transition of power to the 45th president. he has set to meet with donald trump tomorrow at the white house. he called him last night to congratulate him. they have moved this outside to the rose garden. he will be appearing with joe biden as well. we heard from hillary clinton, and she conceded, and she said, we have a successful president. we should expect to hear similar words from president obama. president obama and michelle obama worked so hard in these months to elect hillary clinton as his successor. the accomplishments he believed he has made could continue. >> president obama campaigned as if he were on the ballot in the final weeks of this campaign, and in a way, he was. donald trump will act quickly to first of all, sign a bill
9:20 am
executive orders that president obama has put in place on climate change, on immigration. undo the trade deal that he has done. the trans-pacific partnership. the iran deal he has talked about undoing. his legacy was on the ballot. >> here he comes. >> good afternoon, everybody. yesterday, before votes were tallied, i shot a video that some of you may have seen, in which i said to the a people, regardless of which side you are on in the election, regardless of whether your candidate won or lost, the sun would come up in the morning, and that is one bit of prognosticating that actually came true. the sun is up. and i know that everybody had a long night. i did as well. i had a chance to talk to president-elect trump last night about 3:30 in the morning i
9:21 am
to congratulate him on winning the election, and i had a chance to invite him to come to the white house tomorrow to talk about making sure that there is a successful transition between our presidencies. now, it is no secret that the president-elect and i have some pretty significant differences. but remember, eight years ago, president bush and i had some pretty significant differences. but president bush's team could not have been more professional, or more gracious in we had a smooth transition so that we could hit the ground running. and one thing you realize quickly in this job is that the presidency and the vice presidency is bigger than any of us. so i have instructed my team to follow the example that president bush's team set eight years ago, and to work as hard as we can to make this a successful transition for the president-elect because we are
9:22 am
in uniting and leading the country. the peaceful transition of power is one of the hallmarks of our democracy. and over the next few months, we are going to show that to the world. i also had a chance last night to speak with secretary clinton, and i just had a chance to hear her remarks. i could not be prouder of her. she has lived an extraordinary life of public service. she was a great she was an outstanding senator for the state of new york, and she could not have been a better secretary of state. i'm proud of her. a lot of americans look up to her. her candidacy and nomination was historic and sends a message to our daughters all across the country that they can achieve at the highest levels of politics, and i am absolutely confident that she and president clinton
9:23 am
for people here in the united states, and all around the world. now everybody is sad when their side loses an election. but the day after, we have to remember that we're actually all on one team. this is an intermural scrimmage. we're not democrats first. we're in the republicans first. we are americans first. we're patriots first. we all want what's best for this country. that's what i heard in mr. trump's remarks last night. that's what i heard when i spoke to him directly. and i was hardened by that. that's what the country needs. a sense of unity, a sense of inclusion, a respect for our
9:24 am
rule of law and a respect for each other. i hope that he maintains that spirit throughout this transition, and i certainly hope that's how his presidency has a chance to begin. i also told my team today to keep their heads up. because the remarkable work that they out, often without a lot of fanfare, often with a lot of, a lot of attention, work in agencies. work in obscure areas of policy that make government run better and make it more responsive, and make it more efficient. and make it more service-friendly so that it's actually helping more people, that remarkable work has left
9:25 am
stronger, better country. than the one that existed eight years ago. so win or lose in this election, that was always our mission. that was our mission from day one. and everyone on my team should be extraordinarily proud of everything that they have done. and so should all the americans that i have had a chance to meet all across this country. who do the hard work of building on that day. teachers in schools, doctors in e.r. clinic, small businesses, putting their all into starting something up, making sure they are treating their employees well. all the important work that's dope done by moms and dads and families and congregations and
9:26 am
of perfecting this union. this was a long and hard fought campaign. a lot of our fellow americans are exalted today. a lot of our partners are less so. it is hard and sometimes contentious and noisy. it's not always inspiring. but to the young people who got into politics and may be disappointed by the results, i just want you to know, you have to stay encouraged. don't get cynical. don't ever think you can't make a difference. secretary clinton said this morning, fighting for what is right is worth it. sometimes you lose an argument.
9:27 am
the path that this country has taken has never been a straight line. we zig and zag, and sometimes we move in ways that some people think is forward, and others think is moving back. and that's okay. i have lost elections before. joe hasn't. [ laughter ] but, you know. so i have been -- i have been -- >> you beat me badly. [ laughter ] >> that's the way politics works sometimes. we try really hard to persuade people that we're right. and then people vote. and if we lose, we learn from our mistakes, we do some
9:28 am
we brush ourselves off, we get back in the arena. we go at it. we try even harder the next time. the point though is that we all go forward. with a presumption of good faith in our fellow citizens. because that presumption of good faith is essential to a vibrant and functioning democracy. that's how this country has moved forward for 240 years. that's how we have pushed boundaries and promoted around the world. that's how we have expanded the rights of our founding to reach all of our citizens. it's how we have come this far. and that's why i'm confident that this incredible journey that we are on as americans will go on. and i'm looking forward to doing everything that i can to make sure that the next president is successful in that. i have said before, i think of
9:29 am
runner. you take the baton, you run your best race and hopefully by the time you hand it off, you're a little further ahead. you made a little progress, and i can say we have done that, and i want to make sure that handoff is well-executed because ultimately, we're all on the same team. all right. thank you very much, everybody. [ applause ] >> president obama saying he told his team to keep their heads up and lead by example. leaving with a spring in his step. might have been forced, but there's rooted and respect for the peaceful transition, and for our institutions he said for the rule of law, his respect ffr democracy. we are all on the same team now, we must all root for the success of donald trump.
9:30 am
shuck sugar coat the differences, we we have to go forward in the spirit together. >> there are people that are very, very distressed today. people who supported him and hillary clinton who really are wor worried about the country where they just can't imagine a trump presidency, and he is trying to make it seem as normal as humanly possible. this is the way it works. democracy is messy. it's noisy. you lose some elections, you win some you take the baton and go forward, and this is not the end of the world, but i think that was -- that's why he is doing that because he knows that some of their followers are really in a state of true distress. >> he knows it's what he must say. and he said from one baton to another, the metaphor might break down based on what you were saying. the passoff may be clean, and he
9:31 am
know that donald trump in his first 100 days is committed to undoing much of what president obama has done. >> he is passing the baton to somebody who is not only promising to undo that legacy, george, but somebody who questioned his very eligibility to be president of the united states. this is not any baton passoff. this is not any intermural scrimmage. this was intensely personal for the president. donald trump questioned whether or not he was an american citizen for years, and eligible to be president of the united states. >> you say it was intensely personal. in fact, he told african-american voters during this campaign, he would consider it a personal insult if they didn't turn out in the numbers for hillary clinton that they
9:32 am
>> thank you so much. that was an abc news special report. we'll have more at 11 with midday and action news. all right. we want to make sure that we say good-bye to neil. you have this deal going on with glazer's right now. >> and i just say this very importantly. there is a reason that people
9:33 am
because neil sackmary is there 365 days a year from 9 to 6 every single day. the world needs no one halfway. that's why you see neil sackmary because he shows loyalty to you. glazer's, come and see me immediately after the show. good-bye. >> nevada coin mart. for more information about them, visit their location. you can also visit them online.

here in las vegas, extreme temperatures are the norm. we rely on our heating and air conditioning units to make life comfortable inside. and equally important is paying attention to the quality of air in your home. >> absolutely. the guys from alaskan heating and air conditioning, they're here today to help make sure
9:36 am
manager chad dymon and technician robert hampton are both here to show us how. how are you? >> doing great. how are you? >> you're back. >> yes. >> air quality issues. we go outside, we see the dust storm, we're like i'm getting inside. inside the air might be worse. >> absolutely. we've talked about that. everything is made with a chemical, whether it be the car at the time to prevent it from catching fire, to paints and chemicals what we've seen a lot of, especially lately, is people that are having like breathing issues and things like that. we've become experts in the arena of how to make indoor air quality better. so we're sharing that information with people. it's going quite well. >> excellent. how do you do that? >> first thing is we go out and talk to our customers and find out what's going on. see if they have asthma or dust issues or things like that.
9:37 am
cause. oftentimes if it's not a filtration issue, people have duct systems that may have leaking areas where they're bringing attic air into the house. >> which is not good 'cause there is a lot of fumes. >> absolutely. then because we're in the extreme differences in temperature and things like that, people shut the doors and the windows. we're not letting a lot of fresh air in. >> these homes are built where they're her meticcally sealed. when you close the windows and doors north texas air is coming in and out. so inside. >> i went to a training where they blew autopsy balloon and handed it to the guy and said here, take a breath. we would never do that. but if you don't have a great filtation system in your house, that is what's happening. your lungs are filtering the air. you want better air, have more kids and you'll have better filtration happening. >> working on it. >> sean, you're doing that. >> one of the things that's so great about alaskan is that you
9:38 am
online. you have great customer service. i think we have google reviews to pull you but i also went online and found a review that mentioned robert here. would you like to hear it. >> let's hit it. >> called alaskan air conditioning at 8 a.m the unit was out and the temperature in the house was 90. robert was there in 20 minutes. >> nice. >> service. >> that's awesome. >> fantastic. >> you're going into houses on a daily basis. what are some of the most common problems you're seeing when it comes to air qualities? >> i find ducts falling apart, completely detached. >> these homes are built so fast now adays, that generally the work might be -- >> hit it, it falls apart. find a lot of rooms hotter than others, colder than others. dust, dirt. >> how do you address something like dust or dirt? i know people use an agitator to
9:39 am
their -- like laying the ducts out of those ducts, correct? is there a system you can put into the piping that it runs through this system? >> special air filtration, cleaning the ducts out, inspections, in that area. >> absolutely. >> so this time of year you recommend a winter tuneup. tell me about that and what that enta >> the furnace tuneup is a way for us to go out, again, these things have safety mechanisms in place so that it does not cause some kind of a fire up there or carbon monoxide issues, which is another part of the indoor air quality. so we just go out, make sure that the system is properly functioning. we check all the safeties and everything and give our customers a september that they're looking for to make sure that their house is going to heat and cool properly. obviously heat in this condition. >> of course.
9:40 am
logical thing to do as we start turning on our heat in these winter months. yous have a great special attached to that winter. tell us about it. >> so normally it's an $89 for a one-time seasonal. we're bringing that down to $59. within that, we are going to do a free air quality inspection. that can take a long time depending on the situation in the house. we're gonna go through and go above and beyond for people that call in for that furnace inspection. >> that's for the first tie callers on >> yes. we had said about the first five and truth be told, we have a lot of people call us on this. so we're gonna give it to anybody that calls in. we do want to create a sense of urgency and we can't do this forever. but for people that call in right now, mention the "morning blend," we're gonna go in and make sure that your indoor air quality is where it needs to be. >> gentlemen, great having you. thank you so much. >> take advantage of alaskan's $59 heating tuneup special right

9:45 am
