>> for all intensive purposes wall street has an inside, open door into the white house for many years. with their lobbyists and all of the money they are spending, now they have a nonpolitician who managed to win the presidency on 10% of the money coming into his campaign. they don't know if they will be able to grease palms and make things happen for wall street. they are they don't know if they can manipulate this white house, where it has been historically manipulated by big banks, by wall street. this is big business greasing palms and using the right lobbyists. we finally have someone in the white house that they are worried about. will some of these policies create more jobs? he may be the best president we have ever had, he may be the

9:14 am
9:16 am
9:17 am
buying from sellers? >> how does this whole thing work? >> i usually buy unwanted homes that sellers need to sell quickly. generally homes the homes need massive repairs and the seller is facing some sort of hardship. a divorce, a relocation, a job loss, they have inherited a home due to a family member passing on or something like that. >> it is not something they can sustain, they just want to cut their losses. >> why would this route as opposed to playing the realtor game? >> the homes that i buy need thousands of dollars of repairs and the seller can't complete them. >> an investor like myself is the only one who can afford to make the repairs and put it back up for sale.
9:18 am
buy these homes. that's where a real estate investor like myself buys it for cash. >> you don't have to worry about this and this. you're paying in cash, so you can take care of it on your own. >> that's exactly right. >> does the seller have to pay real estate commission or no? >> there's no real estate commissions on the homes that i buy, and i pay all of th closing costs as well. >> how fast can you purchase a property? >> there's a lot of people who need it like yesterday. >> i've purchased home in three days before. >> what's the average? >> it really depends on every situation. every seller and every home is unique. if the seller needs to close quickly, i do have the ability to do so. it is based on the seller situation and their time frame and not mine. we make sure that we're
9:19 am
>> if a homeowner is watching right now and they are wondering whether or not they should sell, perhaps sell the home for cash. what's the process? >> the best way is to call my office for no obligation cash offer. i have a three step process. the first step is give me a call at my office and we'll do an evaluation, make you a cash offer. sign a purchase agreement and then the third step is sale at a third party title and escrow company. a lot of homeowners might be afraid they are not going to get the cash. >> so everything is done through a title and escrow company and they are ensured to get their cash profits that way. >> it is like the typical purchase without having to sign it all. >> that's right. >> i can assume that homeowners that are using this program, they are pretty thankful this exists, if you need it
9:20 am
old-fashion method, getting things repaired, that can take eons. >> it can. one situation a gentleman had cancer and he needed to move quickly back to chicago in order to go through his treatment. the home was in disarepair, he had a lot of belongings. we can make this easy for you. we'll buy your home, we don't care about the condition, no repairs, we'll give you the cash, we three days, he was able to move on and get his treatment. i told him leave all of the belongings that you do not in the property. we'll take care of them for you and he was just able to take what he wanted. leave the rest and we closed and he's very happy, very happy. we actually just closed on that property. yesterday. >> wow. >> you already have the dumpster. leave it alone. >> we closed on the same. we fixed it up and put it back. it is already closed.
9:21 am
>> fast. >> if you want to sell your home for cash, lathe lavada is your guy. you can call for a no obligation 24-hour cash offer, his website is also listed right there. >> over to you. >> thank you so much. >> it is time for this week's pick of the litter. meet liza, a four-month-old kitten with an incredible story of survival. animal handler extraordinaire. >> this one is four months old. >> very playful. you would not know that she's got limited sight, because she's a ball full of energy. >> this is a beautiful, heart

9:23 am
you get to take this great animal and feed it and take care of and you reach out and find that great family. it is amazing. >> absolutely. >> whether or not you're able to take home a kitten like liza. they are always looking for volunteers, such as foster, correct? >> absolutely. >> it is great to get your kitten or puppy fixed, because we help you out with eve that you need from the food, to the puppy beds. to the litter box, you get your kitten fixed, you could help us find a great home and we'll walk you through the adoption process, if you're a foster flunky like i was. >> and me. >> this is kind of special. each week we give away a dog bed. >> these are incredible pet beds, let me tell you. sometimes i sit on this thing. but liza would go home -- >> that's right.

a whiter smile can make you look up to 13 years younger. what? help us get a whiter smile. not in hours, not in days, five minutes. >> less than five minutes, sean. >> that's ridiculous. >> it is incredible. >> i've been doing this product for over two years. it is called power swabs. it has clinically proven to lighten your shades. six shades over seven days. it is changing the way we whiten our teeth in this country. >> the yellow teeth are like the rings inside a tree for humans. >> i tell people this all of the time. i'll take an average looking person put them on a split screen and i'll take j. lo, yes, even j. lo, on the other side and if her teeth are yellow or
9:30 am
goes way down. your eyes go to the person with the whiter teeth. if you smile and your teeth are yellow or stained it kills everything. >> this is kind of proof of that. >> we did a panel and we took 100 people and we showed them that digitally altered picture. they guessed the girl on the right was up to 13 years younger. >> slightly whiter teeth. >> look at the girl on the right. >> i mean, she looks like she can take on the world. the gir does she look older, but she doesn't look healthy. >> i have a younger wife who reminds me of that daily. the first step take the swab and rub it on your teeth just like this. it is saturated with formula, you rub it for two minutes on your top and bottom teeth. we accomplish two things, number
9:31 am
teeth. they will white the stain but they don't remove them. >> i flts that you're able to continue talking. >> it is not the gluey stuff and it is not burning your mouth. >> they are time consuming, messy and they taste bad and the worst part is the sensitivity. they dehydrate your enamel. it not only but it hydrates and moisturizes your enamel. minimal to no sensitivity. >> with the other ones breaking down the enamel. you can't get enamel back. i liken it to doing your laundry. do you do your open laundry? >> if you put your whites in and
9:32 am
whites, what would it do to your whites? >> it would not be a good look. >> that's what you're doing to your teeth. that's what you do with the strips in the strays. you get them smelling and get the stain out. we're reof mooing these stains and hydrating the enamel. after that two minutes, we're going to whiten. this is the whitening, only two minutes. this is like your pseudo blea. this, this is carbon peroxide. a much less harsh peroxide. that adds to no sensitivity. >> we're taking a look at results right now. >> that's on average two shades whiter. over the seven days six shades lighter. >> you are allowed to double
9:33 am
solution. >> i was blessed with white teeth, sean, but i had a problem tooth. >> it is almost worse than having all bad. >> it really is, because of the swab, you can focus on that one area. that's it. we have done two minutes, two minutes, less than five minutes. on average, two shades whiter, results last up to six months, it is unheard of. >> that's fantastic. >> i think people who are watching, cool, take a look at e that looks fantastic, is that what's going to happen for me? >> if someone is 300 pounds, and they start working out, they will see much bigger results than someone who only need to lose five pounds. another point i want to bring up. another reason why this product has been so popular. it lifts the stands off your caps and veneer. when you get the procedure done,
9:34 am
people will tell you, it starts to stain. it starts to get stained, you're told there's nothing you can do about it, unless you invest in 7 to $10,000. this will restore them. this is developed by a dentist. this is something we all >> great smile. >> >> everyone who calls right now is going to get free shipping, plus a free quick stick with their order. mention "the morning blend" and take advantage of the buy two get one free promotion. quick sticks for everybody. it is crazy. i love that word free.
