new developments this afternoon -- on a disturbing case of an alleged south carolina serial killer. investigators now know the identities of two bodies found on todd kohlhepp's property in rural south carolina. they are 25-year-old meagan coxie and 29-year-old johnny coxie. the couple had a history of panhandling and had been the coronor says preliminary tests suggest they were shot. in all -- three bodies have been found on kohlheep's property -- along with one woman who was chained up in a shipping container -- screaming for help. nearly two months after he was arrested for planting bombs in new york and new jersey -- ahmad khan rahami appeared in court for the first time today. one of the bombs injured more than 30 people. he faces a number of terrorism

he was also charged witht the attempted murder of a police officer. police say several unexploded devices were found in manhatten and new jersey. a pennsylvania community in mourning this afternoon -- after two officers are shot. one of them killed in a deadly ambush. a-b-c's marci gonzalez has the latest on the investigation. "shots fired. shots fired." those gunshots -aimed at officers ---as they responded to a domestic call- at a home near "he fired on them as they arrived, and that's all i can say. what his mindset was, i don't know but i think that speaks for itself." one officer killed- another injured? nats "officer on the ground. i can't get to him." the spray of bullets- relentless?as backup arrived.. nats "on the ground. he's still moving. i can't get to him because i'm still being shot at." officers- finally made their way in, finding the bodies of a woman?and a man, investigators

completed that background information yet, but he was known to our officers." canonsburg police now trying to figure out the motivation behind what they call an ambush? as they mourn their colleague - officer scott bashioum?a beloved 7 year veteran of the force. sot presser: "he was a loving husband a loving father, he was always willing to do whatever he had to do//just one of those guys that always was there for you whenever you needed anything." marci gonzalez standup close: "the other officer injured - is still hospitalized. we're told he's now out of frightening moments in downtown seattle -- after several people were shot outside a 7-eleven. police say there was some type of argument that took place among a crowd. that's when a man walked away before firing into the crowd and hitting five people. the manager at 7-eleven who was working at the time of the shooting -- says she heard a string of gunshots. "crying..how do you describe that? just multiple people down and a lot of blood."

are in critical condition. three others are listed as serious. the suspect is still on the run. nats of protesters protests continuing across the country this afternoon. thousands of high school students in san francisco -- marching out of class to city hall in protest of donald trump and his election night victory. meanwhile -- authorities are working to protect the outside of the new trump hotel in washington d-c...crews spent the day washing off grafitti and installing these barriers. and in new york the f-a-a implementing a no fly zone within 2 miles of trump tower that will be in place until after inauguration day. donald trump won't be inaugurated as the 45-th president of the united states until january. but we're already getting a glimpse of what a trump administration could look like.
