in what clark county commissioner.... steve sisolak.... is calling a "hail mary".... the mayor of oakland announced the framework of a new stadium today. specifics of this latest proposal.... haven't been released... but... authorities here say... it's nothing.... to worry about. "we've already done the zoning and the environmental clearance, not only for the stadium, but also for this ancillary development." probably won't face any charges. 13 action news reporter marissa kynaston explains why. they got him, oh they just fired shots, son of a b. that 911 call was made-- just minutes after this fight. detectives say the man wearing a ball cap in this video is efren trujillo-soriano-- who police later shot and killed. detectives say when this video was taken-- soriano had a blood alcohol level almost three times over the legal limit. soriano shoots at that man he's seen fighting with. that's your guy that's him then-- when police arrived-- investigators say he fired several shots at officers, who returned fire and killed him. officers were ambushed for this officer involved shooting but police later found out-- soriano had served our country-- saw things nobody should have to see and the army veteran--
