happening right now-- police are searching for a killer on the run-- after a man is found dead in the middle of the street. metro says they got calls about gunshots around 7 last night near twain and nellis. people in the neighborhood rushed outside, and found the victim lying in the road. they tried to perform c-p-r until first responders arrived but it was too late. as of right now, investigators don't know what led up to the shooting, a any suspects. new shocking developments on that deadly school bus crash in tennessee-- the driver reportedly asked the kids if they were ready to die. a mother who had three kids on the bus says johnthony walker said that just seconds before crashing into a telephone pole and tree. police are now revealing the 24 year old driver only got his commerical license in april. and just two months ago he crashed his bus into a car. coming up in our gma first

31-year-old man has a past of assaulting police officers. he's been charged multiple times in the past. police say last night, he opened fire on a 29-year-old officer..who remains in critical condition this morning. a federal judge is blocking a new rule that would have made millions more americans eligible for overtime pay. rule that would have made the decision affects more than 4- million workers. the rule was expected to go it would have changed the salary for overtime exemption from 23- thousand to nearly 48-thousand... but 21 states sued to block it. our attorney general adam laxalt is the lead plaintiff. he says it's too much of a burden for small businesses. for months people at veterans village have been living without hot water-- but it's finally back this morning! it's an update to a story you asked us to investigate. just hours after our team questioned the owner
