come to see if they are suffering from psychosis. and officials tell me the hope is to provide them with early detection and recovery treatment for this disorder. kathleen sandoval: "it's a disease just like how cancer is and should be treated. early treatment is the best way to be successful in their lives and so this will be one of the abilities for them to get early treatment." the state of nevada and the children's cabinet formed this program to help individuals between the ages of 15 to 25 who are dealing with psychosis. dr. tracey green with the department of health and human services says that 18-thousand disturbances or mental illness. came out to support the new services offered like case family support, education and detection. dr. tracey green, chief medical officer for dept. of health and human services: "we're going to do fully integrated services to look at whether you need housing services, whether you need a job, whether you need an

investigation of the abduction and murder of a 13- year-old girl. authorities say she was stabbed to death... and have charged two virginia tech students in connection with the crime. mark albert reports. tammy weeks/victim's mother "nicole touched many people throughout her short life." the mother of nicole lovell is grieving for her daughter -- who loved to dance and had overcome a lifetime of medical problems. the 13 year old disappeared from her home last week. her body was found saturday in north carolina - two hours away. on tuesday, blacksburg, virginia police and prosecutors said lovell had been stabbed. chief anthony wilson/blacksburg, va, police department: "investigators from multiple agencies assigned to this case, are fully dedicated to seeing justice is done for nicole." police have charged 18 year- old virginia tech freshman david eisenhauer with first-degree student natalie keepers had already been accused of helping

lives had formed an unbreakable bond some two and a half years earlier. heather clark lost her 7-month-old son lucas in june of 2013. "lukas was very energetic, very smiley. losing a child, you lose yourself. i was like, i don't ever want any mother to go through what i'm about to go through. and that's when i decided to sign the paperwork and save somebody else's child." she decided to donate his organs... including his heart. the lucky recipient? esther four years old. "i have a present!" "you got me a present? no way! i got you a present. another one." jordan's mother knows that first gift... was the gift of her daughter's life. by the time she was 18 months old... she had undergone six surgeries because of a congenital heart defect. a transplant was her only hope. "she would be so selfless to be able to think of another family while she's going through her grief."
