"you can see the success that we've had so far." the current owners say the nugget's success is growing -- and that this is not a sale of distress -- but a purchase of opportunity. carlton "i believe he is buying at exactly the right time. if i was in his shoes, this is the time i would buy it because even though we've been successful, we're still on the upswing and he's buying it at the right point of that trend."

memory loss is a scary thing as we age. but researchers are recognizing a trend in dementia cases. kristen remington has more in tonight's health watch. researchers say the rate of new dementia cases may be declining even though people are living longer. doctors studied data from heart patients over 40 years. the research posted in the new england journal of medicine showed the decrease in dementia was more noticeable in highly educated people diagnosed with heart disease. by 2025 an estimated 7 million people will be living with alzheimer's disease. british experts say new guidelines that recommend no more than 5 pints of beer a week - may not decrease alcohol consumption, but could change social attitudes about drinking.
