the casino is located at 241 north virginia street in the heart of downtown reno. that's where ryan canaday joins us live with the latest details on this murder investigation. ryan what do we know? landon, the investigation has found that the victim was an off duty employee of siri's casino here in downtown. police have identified the suspect as 38 year old kiley grayson. he's been charged with open murder and police say he did not run from the crime scene or resist arrest. was compliant with officers, he was pointed out as the shooter, he was taken into custody at that time and taken down to the main police station." the reno police department has met with a lot of eye witnesses who were inside siri's at the time of the shooting. investigators have determined there was a physical and verbal dispute between the two men, that escalated quickly . when the victim tried to walk away... police say grayson pulled out a gun and shot the man in the chest. although the suspect in this

welcome back... a massive irs data breach is much bigger than first realized. as john potter reports...hackers were able to get sensitive information using the agency's "get transcript" program, which allows you to check your tax history online. not even virginia based tax attorney, wayne zell, was protected from hackers who he says stole his identity. zell: "somebody was trying to claim a refund using my social security number and i knew something was wrong." the irs's data dump is the latest in a series of disclosures. in may 2015, the agency reported cyber criminals accessed some 114 thousand taxpayer accounts. three months later, that number grew to 334
