and what is going on right now? good morning, kraig. >> reporter: good morning, pam. there is several people out in the streets. there is a couple houses evacuated. this is the address of the house that burned. it's on corbett. most of the damage is behind on the house. this is considered upper market depending on what real estate agent you talk to. so right now fire crews are here. they are doing the overhaul right now. you see the ladder truck right here. this started around 3:00 this morning. the fire department got here. they called the second alarm. they are not only the people in the two houses that won the origin of the fire. other people out in the street of course everybody is nervous because we have those four fires at the end of last week. over the weekend the fire department said are arson. they are trying to figure out

out if it's connected. >> it's preliminary to say it is connected. we have determined those were intentionally set. we are being very vigilant. we have our arson team on the scene. >> reporter: now as i said several residents have been displaced by the fire. nobody was hurt. i want to show you right now you can barely see it right now. that car over there there was a woman that was eight months pregnant. she got out so quickly she was just given a blanket by the red cross to wrap around herself. i asked her if she was okay she said yes she just needed to get off her feet. the red cross are helping people that are displaced. i spoke to a woman that lives in the exposure house. she said she saw the flames coming from her neighbors deck

which they just installed. ask it is under investigation. ly be talking to some of the people out here so they can tell me what they saw. reporting live in san francisco kraig debro. in vacaville right now parents are lined up outside of birmingham charter school. some parents have been camping out since saturday hoping to get their hands on a limited number of registration packets for their kids. the school will give out 130 enrollment kits. now coming up at 5:00 we will hear from some of those parents in a live report. a woman that was kidnapped from an oakland apartment complex turned up overnight at a hospital. police tell us she is stable. witnesses tell police that two

400 fans were left without seats for the super bowl. that's why some sections in the temporary seating area were not finished in time. the nfl found alternate seating for 850 that were effected but the 400 people that could not be seated were given refunds of triple face value of their $900. they also had the option of watching the game on monitors from inside the stadium or standing room platforms. the nfl says yesterdays super bowl did not set the all-time attendance record because of the seating. the nfl faces an off season of uncertainty. the collective bargaining agreement expires on march 3rd barring an agreement before then they are threatening to lock out the players. they will increase the number, length, and intensity of bargaining sessions to reach a deal before that current one
