a judge just ruled against the same landlord in another case. >> ken, you certainly won't finn -down apartment buildings in this neighborhood, but one woman that rents a home from the landlord says that one home is uninhas been tabl and a judge just agreed with her -- uninhabitable, and a judge just agreed with her. after she moved in last august she found problems. she showed us toilets that don't flush, and said raw sewage came up through the showers in one of the guest houses. >> it was up to here, this whole thing, and this door was shut and seeped out. >> she said she did not know her landlord was the same person the city of oakland was fighting for years to clean up

diving accident this weekend in southern california. it was the second fatal accident in as many weeks at the sky diving school. two sky divers tangled together and one died. two weeks ago two other sky divers died after a collision. new hiv infections in san francisco could be reduced by 80% under a plan proposed by scientists. the plan would require annual voluntary testing of sexually acting gay and bisexual men and putting them on some drugs if they are positive. the scientists believe people that take this drug are less infectious and therefore less likely to spread hiv to others. making his pitch.
