calosha investigators are expected to visit an asphalt plant following an explosion and fire this afternoon. the explosion happened about 2:30 at granite rock just off of highway 101. the explosion prompted a ship shelter in place in the surrounding area for nearly an hour and a half. the fire sent up a thick plume of heavy black smoke. the fire marshal says that
