placed with others with similar characteristics. we heard from giovanni ramirez's attorney. >> we are going come in and there is going to see if they can identify the person who did this crime, if that person is in the lineup. >> reporter: we also talked to another attorney who is representing giovanni ramirez's 10-year-old daughter, he says she was with him the entire day on march 31 and didn't even attend the game. he says there are 8 other people who can vouch for his whereabouts. >> i spent hours talking with his daughter, there are eight different people that saw him on that day at a location in east hollywood. i went through every detail of that day with them and i am confident that he was not
