. new poll found mixed results on dianne feinstein popularity. voters say she like the job she is doing but support has start stood slip. dianne feinstein was first elected in 1992 in a special election when pete wilson was elected governor. voters sent her back to washington but now one year before the election her victory is less certain. voter support, 43% to 39% and a few 18% had no opinion. six years ago 56% said they would vote for her. while 46% of the voters have a positive opinion, 23% have no opinion. she received her highest job

ryan dunn is being remembered tonight by his friends and fans. he died in a car crash this morning in pennsylvania. he tweeted a picture of himself drinking. police haven't determined if alcohol was a factor in the crash. he may be been speeding. a 100-foot skid mark where his car left the roadway. helicopter firm base is offering helicopter flights over michael jackson neverland ranch to mark the second anniversary of his death. they are charging $175 per person for the 30 minute flight. the ranch is located in santa barbara county. they plan to run them on friday and saturday. the anniversary, the company already booked 100
