a lot of events around the area today, let's check in with rosemary. >> a warmer afternoon. if it was a little cool for you yesterday, we do expect temperatures to warm from 3 to 5 degrees. the winds they'll be back. anywhere from 10 to 20 miles per hour for the second half of hour afternoon. we'll take a look at current conditions and show you the possibility of some rain, and when it's going to come, coming up. the 41st annual gay pride parade in san francisco is just a few hours away. despite a financial crisis surrounding the event, the money turned up, and the traditional celebration is now a go. allie rasmus, live in san francisco with the story. >> reporter: we're on market and belle streets, and the organizers and police are preparing for a crowd of about a million people to show up.

just in the last ten minutes or so, we saw the first float pull up. there are about 200 different groups of participants taking part in this parade included among them, a lot of floats like this one. we've seen organizers begin to close off market street. this goes all the way up to market and 8th street. the parade is part of a weekend long celebration. san francisco pride festivities kicked off yesterday afternoon with gatherings at deloris park. and this was the scene in the castro last night. 10s of thousands of people poured through the neighborhood. shoulder to shoulder on castro street, in the celebration known as pink saturday. last year, an estimated 1 million people showed up. parade organizers are expecting a similar crowd today. more than 200 groups are taking part in this parade.

a good turnout would be good news. last year, then ran into some financial troubles. since then, the organization now has a new interimdirecter and the committee has reduced about $150,000 in outstanding debt it had from a last year. they're hoping a good turn out today, and a lot of food and beverage sales will put this back into good standing. live in san francisco, allie rasmus, ktvu channel 2 news. new information on a shooting in san francisco's market street that left five people hurt.

investigators tell four of the five victims are innocent by standers. they tell us two suspects, an 18-year-old, and a 16-year-old are now in custody. police do not believe the violence is related to nearby pride celebrations. >> on a rage saturday night, there's a lot of people down in this particular area, so it's not uncommon. this has nothing to do with the pride celebration this weekend. so no need to have any fear about that. >> the two people now in custody are facing several felony and gang receipted charges. the inspect bistanders include a 74-year-old san francisco man, a 45-year-old man visiting from england. we are learning new details about the fatal crash in nevada, involving an amtrak train on its way to emeryville. investigators say some of those folks may not have boarded the train, or could have gotten off

at earlier stops. one of the victims killed was loretta lee. in the initial findings, the crossing gates were down, and the flashing warning signals were operating at the time of the collision. >> we will not be determining the probable cause of this accident while we're here on scene. >> the ntsb says the investigation will focus on the truck driver. authorities say skid marks at the railroad crossing suggests the semi driver tried to stop about 300 feet before impact. the train was carrying more than 200 passengers. 80 of whom were transported to hospitals. the man accused of beating giants fan bryan stow is now serving his 10 month prison term for a parole violation in

san diego. state prison officials moved geovany ramirez to the correctional center this week. a parol commissioner ruled ramirez had to serve the sentence, because of a gun found where he was staying. he has not been charged with the beating of bryan stow. police are searching for a suspect after a man was found shot and killed near an rv park. it happened about 2:45 this morning on pine street along interstate 80. police identified the victim as justin sunrebba. investigators say a second gunshot victim showed up at the hospital with nonlife threatening injuries. so far, no arrests have been made. one person is dead, and several more are hurt after an elderly woman crashed her car into a home police say a

relative accidently hit the gas, instead of the brake. about 20 people were inside, getting ready for an exercise class when the car crashed into the building. >> there were like shards of glass and parts of the wall were down sh and the car kept moving forward. >> 88-year-old esther bocanegra was killed. authorities say two of the injuries are serious. an east bay teenager is in critical condition this morning after a sunday tunnel collapsed on top of them. it happened yesterday at sunset state beach into watsonville. the 17-year-old from danville, and a friend were digging the tunnel when it collapsed both teens had to be rescued. the 17-year-old was being sedated so doctors could remove sand found in his esophagus. people in north dakota are preparing for the worse as the

swollen river reaches its peak left. the crest is expected to be nearly two feet lower than originally thought. the river could stay at its peak level for up to four days, straining the system of newly built levees. more than 4,000 homes have already been flooded. >> it's heartbreaking. and particularly, when we see flooding on the east side of the state every year. but this is so, so unusual. so freakish. >> some 4500 homes could be damaged from the expected surge of the river. more than 12,000 people in the minot area have evacuated their homes. national guard troops are helping to conduct levee it patrols and rescue operations. a live look at the bay area here, we're dealing with the low clouds once again, though not at thick as we saw yesterday. and we do expect that burn off to be a little sooner for today, and our afternoon highs

will be warmer. giving you a look at what's happening at this hour. very similar to how we started yesterday. 50degrees in santa rosa. even a tad warmer in santa rosa. 53 in san francisco. 56degrees in mountain view as well as concord. we've got that low cloud deck and fog along the peninsula. notice how quickly we expect it to pull back. 8:00or so, already burning off pretty good over oakland this morning. we're looking at it being off the coastline through the morning hours. could see just a little bit of fog poke through san francisco in the afternoon. for the most part, we're going to be mostly sunny today as a ridge of high pressure takes hold at least for the next couple of days. already watching for the possibility of changes and it comes right here in the gulf of alaska. we have a system that is beginning to form. in time tore fuse and midweek wednesday, the possibility of some rain. we are expecting a little bit of a warm up here.

the trough that brought us cooler air saturday now out of here, but the little bit of fog we're seeing this morning, also making way, and going to bring us sunshine for sunday, monday. this is the system we're expecting to bring us a little rain. from a quarter inch or so, to even less than that. not a big deal, but a little unusual for late june. in addition to the clouds and temperatures will fall way below average for this time of year as well. expect 81 degrees in santa rosa. 77 in vallejo. 69 for richmond. 76 expected in san rafael. if we head east just a little. 84 expected in pittsburgh. 83 in walnut creek. 78 castro valley. 77 santa clara. 78 in san jose. warmer than yesterday, and near that seasonal average for this time of year. 66 san francisco. 77 in redwood city. the extended forecast here, so

this is new video from inside a golden, colorado mall, where two small explosives were found. they were discovered in a border's bookstore yesterday. investigators covered the store with black curtains while they destroyed the devices, but as you can see, the mall was not evacuated. no one was injured. this is the second bomb scare at a colorado mall in two months. in april, two devices failed to

detonate, and a convicted felon was arrested in this case. a boston college lab is back open this weekend after a chemical explosionment firefighters and hazmat crews surrounded the campus yesterday morning shortly after the blast. a chemical inside a beaker reacted violently, and burst in the hands of a doctoral student. the explosion left cuts and burns on the student's face. >> her hand looked like it had blood on it. >> they knew it was more serious than originally thought, you know? , and she just kept saying, i got to get to the hospital, and holding the bandages on her face. >> hazmat crews decontaminated the student, and treated her for cuts and burns. a colorado man is admitting he's a peeping tom and proud of it. police say he hid inside the

tank of a porta-potty to spy on women at a yoga center. investigators say the peep holes were found drilled into several bathroom stalls. >> i'm a young guy, don't really look scary. i might be seen, kind of going out of the girl's restroom or something, and usually people will like, give me a little bit of a hard time, like what are you doing? >> he says he believes he may have spied on as many as 200 women. owners of the businesses where the peep holes were found, have started to seal up those holes. it's still foggy in some places this morning, but is it going to warm up? there's lots of activities outside today. rosemary orozco joining us live. >> the pride parade starting about 10:30. temperatures in san francisco, rising into the low 60s for the

it is sunday, june 26. the culmination of the pride weekend, the parade gets set in a couple of hours. pride celebrations are being followed this morning by ktvu always allie rasmus, who is live down in san francisco. i can see the barricades being pulled behind you, it looks like people are getting ready. >> reporter: even though this parade doesn't get started yet, if we show you market street, you can see the cones they've set up. this street is already closed to traffic. only buses and a few trolleys are allowed up and down the street. once the parade gets started, there won't be any trolleys going up and down this street either. along with organizer, we've also seen spectators out here ahead of time to get a good viewing spot for this parade.

for last year's pride parade, an estimated 1 million people showed up, and parade organizers are expecting a similar, large crowd to turn out today. there are more than 200 groups taking part in the parade from market and biel to market and 8th street. >> it was huge yesterday, and it will be huge again today. it's fun, everybody has a good time, and come down and celebrate. this is like, of all of the prides all over the world, this is like one of the best. >> reporter: this parade is part of a weekend long celebration as the pride festivities equivalented off last -- kicked off last night. check out the castro street last night. this is all for saturday night's pride celebration, known as pink saturday. i want to show you this float out here, we talked to the driver of that float a short time ago, he was wearing a t- shirt that said i love new york

this is kind of going on in the background of this celebratory mood right now. what happened in new york. people taking part in the festivities say it is good timing, they passed gay marriage in that state. we'll talk to that guy about what he thinks of what is going on in new york and how it relates to san francisco. pride celebrations are taking place in other parts of the country this weekend. here is a look at the celebration yesterday in st. petersburg, florida. thousands of people took to the streets. organizers say this pride celebration is the largest in florida, and brings in visitors from all over the country. as allie mentioned, taking on the colors of the rainbow. the empire state building and other landmarks were lit up this weekend as part of the pride celebrations, and this

year, it's a little bigger. same sex couples can get married in new york starting next month. it happened on a driveway way on todd road friday afternoon. sheriff offenses say the deputy shot 27-year-old gary pickard twice, after pickard said he had a gun in his suv and appeared to be reaching for the weapon. the deputy was investigating claims of forgery against pickard's girlfriend who was arrested at the scene. investigators placed evidence markers where bullets landed outside a bar. place say a large fight broke out, people rushed the bar, and someone opened fire. >> for some reason, a large group of people came in, we're told 20 to 30 came in. some type of a disturbance brakes out that the point, and -- breaks out at that point.

>> police say the victims range in age from their late 20s to early 40s. this is stockton's 17th homicide this year, and the seventh just this month. santa cruz police are asking for the public's help to find a man who robbed a credit union. police say this man demanded cash. this image taken from a surveillance camera shows the suspect wearing a new york university sweatshirt with a wide brimmed hat and glasses. he is believed to be between 50 and 60 years old. and about 5'6" tall. a football coach in the east bay has a unique plan to deture young people from violence. todd walker who coaches the berkely junior bears plans to hold a vigil this afternoon. he also plans to bring some of his young players to the morgue to show them the realities of street violence. it is something walker has been doing for past years. he also took players to a funeral home once to show them

what happens after death. a 7-year-old boy is recovering this morning, after being injured in a tubing accident in sonoma county. sheriff deputies sent us these pictures and video from yesterday's accident. apparently the child was in the water when a toe line crossed the propeller and he was pulled towards it. he was flown by helicopter to santa rosa memorial hospital. police say a body found in alameda creek may be that of a missing man. someone discovered the body of an adult male yesterday, just west of interstate 880. late yesterday, the coroner removed the body and began the process of identification.

the redwood landfill, the state recently approved an expansion for the site. an environmental group has filed a lawsuit. an organization says the expansion should not happen because the land fill sits below sea level and is at risk of flooding. water is spilling over yosemite falls at a fast and steady pace. a warning that cold water will carry people away at more than 10 miles per hour. people should also keep a close dissance and watch out for slippery rocks. good morning to you, a live look, san jose, mostly sunny skies. a little bit of a haze out there, but a quicker burp off from what wear seeing yesterday, and warmer temperatures in store. we have seem today have lost that satellite view for just a

austin hatch was in a single engine plane when it crashed in michigan. the father and stepmother died instantly, austin and his pilot father had survived a 2003 crash that killed austin's mother and two siblings. the toyota save mart 350 gets underway at infineon raceway today. this is the biggest weekend of the year for that racetrack. it's not just the drivers taking the turns today. the economy appears to be as well. infineon says for the first time in years, corporate sponsorships are actually up and ticket sales are beating captions. >> the last three years we've had a tough time. this year, we're starting to see some light at the end of the tunnel. we've had a number of new companies jump onboard. like farmer's insurance, stp, a number of them. that tells us, that we're

but our temperature is going to warm. widespread low 60s expected for the coastline. we'll take a look at what's happening outside your door this morning and this morning we're talking about the possibility of some rain, we'll at the you when, coming up. san francisco's pride parade gets underway at 10:30. the route goes up market street. allie rasmus at the parade starting line with more on the celebration. >> reporter: if you can't tell already from the decorations this is the parade route. the start of the practice raid route, market and biel streets. this parade doesn't get started until 10:30 this morning. to our right, you can see a couple of floats and this staging area. there are about 200 different groups taking part in this

parade. along with the organizers and some of the spectators already here, there are people here to get a good spot for the parade. last year's pride parade, anest meated 1 million people showed up, and parade organizers are expecting a similar crowd to turn out today. some participants say what is adding to the mood is a new law enacted on the other side of the country. >> we love new york. hope. y, we're nix. >> last week new york's governor signed legislation legalizing gay marriage in is that state. the timing couldn't be better for the celebration this weekend. >> i didn't know what i was going to wear today, and when they made the ruling, it's like, i know what i'm going to wear. it's great energy again. everybody is really happy about the way things are going. i think it's just going to overflow from new york to california. >> reporter: of course today's parade is part of a weekend of

celebrations at that pride festival. this was the scene in the castro neighborhood last night as 10s of thousands of people supported through the streets known as pink saturday. just a short time ago, you can see this road is closed off to traffic. market trolleys will not be running once the parade starts. if you plan on traveling through this area, expect a large crowd and expect the road to be closed and find other ways to get around downtown san francisco this afternoon. indeed there are some changes to public transit around the bay area today for the pride celebration. muni is adding extra service to the j line. also rerouteing some buses as well as the f streetcar line. bart is adding extra cars today to help deal with the large crowd and the golden gate

bridge district is also adding ferry service. new information this morning on a shooting in san francisco on market street that left five people hurt. the shots rang out on market and 7th street. they tell us two suspects, an 18-year-old, and a 16-year-old are now in custody. witnesses say a large group of people started firing before the shots range out. >> this has nothing to do with the pride celebrations this weekend. there's no need to have any fear about that. >> the two people in custody are now facing several felony and gang related charges. the innocent bystanders include a 74-year-old san francisco man. a 45-year-old man who was visiting from england. a 22-year-old man from santa cruz, and a 17-year-old boy.

we are learning new details about a fatal crash involving an amtrak train on its way to emeryville. six people are confirmed dead. 28 people are still unaccounted for. investigators say some of those folks may not have boarded the train, or could have gotten off at earlier stops. one of the individuals killed is lorette lee. the crossing gates were down, and the flashing warning signals were operating at the time of the collision. >> we will not be determining the probable cause of this accident while we're here on scene. >> the ntsb says the investigation will focus on the truck driver. authorities say skid marks suggest he tried to stop about 300 feet before impact. the train was on its way from

chicago to emeryville. time now, 8:05. one person is dead, and several more are hurt after a woman crashed her car into a nursing home. police say a 90-year-old woman visiting a relative at that home accidently hit the gas instead of the brake. about 20 people were inside, getting ready for an exercise crash when the car crashed into the building. >> the car came right through. and there were shards of glass and parts of the wall were down. and the car just kept moving forward. >> 88-year-old esther bocanegra was killed. two of the injuries are serious. authorities believe a body found in alameda creek may be that of a missing fremont man. someone discovered the body of an adult male yesterday morning. police say they think they know

who the victim was, and say there was no sign of foul play. an east bay teenager is in critical condition this morning after a sand tunnel collapsed on top of him. the santa cruz sentinel reports the 17-year-old and a friend were digging the tunnel when it collapsed. both teens had to be rescued. the 17-year-old was being sedated so doctors could remove sand found in esophagus. mark leno is confident there will be a budget by this thursday. >> i believe we're working with a simple majority, and to do it without any republicans because they won't join us. >> lawmakers continue to negotiate with the governor this weekend. a controller found the budget past last week was about $2

good morning sunshine. a live look at base point there, 57 degrees at this hour. people in north dakota are preparing for the worst as the swollen river reaches its peak left. forecasters say the crest is expected to be nearly 2 feet lower than originally thought. the river could stay at peak level for up to four days, straining the city system of newly built levees. nearly 4,000 homes have already been flooded. >> it's heartbreaking. particularly when we see flooding on the east side of the state every year. but this is so unusual.

so freakish. >> some 4500 homes could be damaged from the expected surge in the river. more than 12,000 people in the minot area have evacuated their homes already. the fbi is investigating what they call two crude explosives discovered inside a colorado bookstore. they were found yesterday into suburban denver when police responded to a report of a break-in there. police say the explosives did partially go off, but no one was hurt, and no arrests have been made. firefighters and hazmat crews surrounded a boston lab building after an explosion happened yesterday morning. the chemical inside a beaker reacted violently, and burst into the hands of a doctoral student. the explosion left cuts and burns on the student's face. she immediately left the school and went home to her apartment. >> her hand looked like it had blood on it. >> they knew it was more

serious than they originally thought. she just kept saying i got to get to the hospital, and holding the bandages on her face. new this morning, a close friend of britain's prime minister has been found dead at a portable toilet at an english music festival. it's not clear how the 56-year- old died the final day of the glastonbury music festival. thousands of mexican troops are now being sent to help police. the government deployed soldiers after the state asked for help. the state which borders texas is among the most violent in the country. for the first time ever, the pakistani taliban is

admitting to using a female suicide bomber in an attack. the group says the female bomber blew herself up with her husband yesterday in a police station. the husband and wife also reportedly threw grenades and opened fire with a machine gun right before the blast. here at home, defense secretary, robert gates is getting ready to say goodbye. thursday will be his last day at the pentagon, gates has been defense secretary for five years. he started in the bush administration and president obama asked him to stay on after his 2008 election. time now, 8:17. lawmakers aren't getting paychecks, the governor's veto the only deal sent to him, joining us to talk about all of this is senator steinberg. we know you weren't happy about

the governor's veto. what do you think, and have you been talking with the governor this weekend? >> yes. i think senator leno is right. we've been meeting with the governor yesterday. going to meet today. we're making progress. look, there's a fine line here between making cuts that continue to harm education and public safety, and at the same time trying to address california's long term deficit. in doing so, without the support of any member of the republican party. that often gets lost when people sort of lump legislature together. the majority party has made deep cuts and will undoubtably make some more. >> do you think you made a mistake by sending that budget to the governor? he wasn't the only one that

didn't like it. the only reason you guys aren't getting paid right now is because the state controller didn't like it either. >> we really had no choice. the governor tried to get a deal with the republicans. it didn't happen. the voters gave us a responsibility to pass a budget vote on time and gave us a majority to do so. we weren't going to be late the first time out. we did the very best we could with the tools we had, including $12.5 million in cuts. >> do you think you deserve to have your paycheck cut right now? >> no i don't, but the people that could be affected by even deeper cuts. no, i disagree with the decision. i think it sets a terrible precedent for the future. imagine if you had a controller of another party than the

majority and the mischief that you go on, just because on a partisan basis, the member didn't like the quality passed by the legislature. it's not a healthy thing for the future, but look, we are not focused on that. we're focused on getting the job done. we're working now closely with the governor. i think he has sort of, whatever he is doing now with the republicans i think he recognizes that there probably is no there there. >> certainly, that was dispointing for people who thought when governor brown took office, here's some experience, he can unite across the aisle. at this point, if you're not getting republican support, i guess the biggest question is, if you guys put together a budget and are you talking with the governor enough so you're on the same page so we don't have this happen again? >> yes, we have to get on the same page. we intend to work with governor

to try to come to a common agreement. it would not be a good thing to have an impasse. the people want this behind them, and so do we, and that's what we're endeavoring to do. >> all right, thanks so much for giving us your time on mornings on 2 this morning. in our election 2012 coverage, the race for the white house is starting to heat up. minnesota congresswoman michelle backman will return to her home in waterloo, iowa to announce her run. the poll shows massachusetts governor mitt romney leading the pack in the battleground

an estimated 1 million people expected on the streets of san francisco today for the city's 41st annual gay pride parade. welcome back to mornings on 2. that parade gets underway just two hours from now. >> it starts at market and biel. >> reporter: now that we're closer to the start time of this parade, 10:30, we can kind of set the scene for you. there is a lot of activity we've seen in the last half

hour or so. we're on market and biel this is the start of the parade route. a san francisco parking cop out here. you can see over here, some of the parade participants on bikes and floats are already starting to get set up to head down this parade route. the route goes from market and biel street all the way up to mark and 8th. bus service is being redirected around the parade route, and there will be no f market trolleys coming down here while the parade is underway. over to our right, i want to show you some of the spectators who have already started showing up. the first of them arrived about a half hour ago, some brought food, they are set up, and in position to get a really good spot and view of the parade. one couple says this is their first ever pride parade.

they wanted to experience this in person. >> we're advocates of all of this, of gay pride. i wanted to wear my rainbow t- shirt. i couldn't find it. >> this is like of all the prides all over the world, this is like one of the best. >> reporter: organizers are expecting another large turn out today. the parade gets started at 10:30 this morning. one more thing i wanted to mention. some of the people we talked to this morning, what's adding to the celebratory mood is what happened in new york. last week new york's governor signed into law, legalizing gay marriage there. a lot of people will be wearing their i love new york t-shirts. that's adding to the mood and

the festivities here. allie rasmus. >> the parade route starts in market and biel. ending at 8th and civic center plaza, where the celebration will continue into the evening. an estimated 1 million people are expected in the city for the parade. you may hit traffic if you are heading into san francisco. if you're not driving bart is adding extra cars. there is also extra ferry service. in the san francisco area this morning to raise awareness. the 1.2-mile swim for equality will go from alcatraz to fisherman's wharf. san francisco's pride celebration is known for its fun atmosphere, and huge crowds. but it also has some history. tonight, we trace that history

behind the pride, that includes the 1977 stabbing that brought the gay and straight communities together, doubling the size of the celebration. we'll have a look at 11:00, right after the 10:00 news. stay with us for coverage on ktvu.com. new york city's gay pride parade gets underway in about a half hour. organizers expect about a half million people, two days after state lawmakers legalized same- sex marriage in that state. the empire state building and other landmarks were lit up as part of the pride celebrations. two teenagers are under arrest after five people were shot in san francisco. shots range out around 6:15 last night at 7th and market streets. police say four of the five victims were innocent bistanders, including a 45-year- old tourist from england and a 17-year-old boy. witnesses say a large group of people started fighting before that shooting.

the two teenagers in custody are facing several felony and gang related charges. police do not believe the shooting was related to nearby pride celebrations. police in stockton are looking -- >> some type of disturbance breaks out at that point, and we know several shots are fired. >> so far, authorities have not identified the shooting victims. this is stockton's 17th homicide of the year and the seventh just this month. 28 still unaccounted for after the deadly crash between an amtrak train and a semi truck. some of those 28 people may not have boarded the train, or could have gotten off at earlier stops. one of the people killed was 68-

year-old conductor, loretta lee. the train crossing gates were down, and flashing warning signals were working at the time of the crash. they say skid marks at the crossing suggest the truck's driver tried to stop before the impact. the sonoma county -- sheriff's officials say the deputy shot pickard,. the man accused of beating giants fan, bryan stow is serving a 10 month prison sentence for a parole violation. a parole commissioner ruled earlier this month, ramirez has to serve the sentence, because

a gun was found where he was staying. geovany ramirez has not been charged with the beating of bryan stow. a 7-year-old boy is recovering this morning after a tubing accident on lake samoa. sheriff deputies sent us pictures and video from the accident. the child's legs were cut, and he was bleeding when he was rescued. the boy underwent surgery at santa rosa memorial hospital. his condition has not been released. a 4-year-old boy is being treated for critical injuries this morning after being hit by a car in martinez. he was flown by helicopter to oakland's children's hospital. the driver of the car did stop and cooperate with police. neither alcohol or drugs are believe to be factors in the accident. a football coach in the east bay has a unique plan to deture young people from

violence. todd walker who coaches the berkely junior bears plans to hold a vigil at the alameda county coroner's office this afternoon. he also plans to bring some young players to the morgue to show them the realities of street violence. in the past, he took his players to a funeral home to show them what happens after death. san francisco mayor ed lee continues to insist he has no interest in running for mayor. hundreds of people turned out yesterday for the grand opening of a new campaign office set up for lee. organizers say they hope to garner support for the mayor and convince him to run in november. lee says he still is not running despite the continuing push from others. >> i have to appreciate the fact that there are people that resonate with work that we're doing. i think the city deserves so much attention to it. you know, if there are folks that would like me to consider, i think that's fine. i just, you know, it's just not

this morning. an enjoyable forecast for your sunday. severe storms are hampering st. louis, missouri. lightning illuminated the sky near the st. louis arch overnight. some people even got their hands on some hail. the national weather service has issued a flash flood watch for that area. a 16-year-old is in critical condition this morning after surviving the second plane crash of his life. austin hatch was in a single engine plane with his father and stepmother on friday when it crashed in michigan. austin and his pilot father had survived a 2003 crash that killed austin's mother and two siblings. it's not clear what caused the latest incident. time now, 8:46. the search for a missing student in indiana is intensifying this weekend. 20-year-old lauren spear disappear three weeks ago. despite thousands of tips and
