fire boats involved in the rescue operation. coast guard says it was 1hook when two boats collided off hunters point. u.s. ghost card was quick to receive a radio message from one of the vesles and it alerted four other nearby agencies. when cruise arrived on scene, two people were located in the water, both men were brought here to the marina where a number of ambulances were waiting. one man tells the story from there. >> working on him trying to get him back and then, you know, who knows. didn't look too good for that guy. the second one, you know, few minutes later they brought him, you know, he -- he looked banged up. bleeding. >> reporter: alert? >> yeah. he was moving around. you could tell he was in pain

stadium plans in the south bay and the raiders might want to take note. it's an ambitious product. they are building a state of the art football stadium that will be their new home but could also be the field of the raiders. ktvu's maureen naylor has the new images. >> reporter: i am standing where the new field would be. today we got a look at how they want to change this parking lot into a football stadium built for two. >> reporter: the 49ers released this animation. the 987 million facility would feature the majority of seats on one site. and suits on the others. the designers say this new stadium would have a culiegant

racrass in san francisco this morning sent a car on to its roof and almost into a building. it landed next to a business on third street. the car hit another vehicle and two parking meters. the woman was trapped inside for about 15 minutes before emergency crews freed her. new signs and yellow
