into the 90s. this morning mostly clear skies and we are actually waking up cooler but we have a dense fog advisory and high pressure is condensing that area. a dense fog means a quarter of a mile down into monterey so if you are traveling highway one your stretch for the morning hours leave the house if you can and give yourself plenty of space between those cars. just inside the bay most of us are waking up with mostly clear skies this morning and again we are likely to see a pretty big heat up. here it is, santa rosa, down into livermore all sitting in red meaning 90s expected for the afternoon. we have 60s along the coastline maybe a few 70s and we will look at your current temperatures an opinion point

a violent night, it happened just minutes apart three separate shootings, kraig debro just spoke to a detective. >> reporter: good morning pam. i did just speak with an oakland police detective and he tells me it is way too early to know much and right now the police can't even identify the homicide victim. that victim died at the scene, it happened near the open coliseum. i asked the detectiven if it could be a gang related shooting and he said it was too early to determine that. one person was taken to the hospital after gun violence and this person's condition is unknown. several rounds of ammunition was fired at a liquor store in foot hill.

90s and partly cloudy skies and low 60s for the coast. well an upscale area supermarket chain has filed for bankruptcy. it is now in negotiations to sell itself to 'investor group. it has stores in berkeley and the company blames the weak economy. several stores would will we main open and several workers will keep their jobs. people on the corner of 7th and mark kit in san francisco say it is a place where people sell food they receive for free for cheap prices. they say the food for sale is a frustrating problem even though is represents a small fraction.
