pulled out a gun and shot him. investigators believe the gunman miss took the father of two for a gang member which they say he is not. oakland police are asking for the public's help to finds a missing woman who may be at risk of suicide. this 41-year-old was last seen on july 24th in oakland. she's described as 5 feet 4 inches tall, 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. she was last seen driving her mother's honda civic, 3 lgh 668 is the license plate >> barry bonds is off the hook. they dropped the counts of making false statements. the i don't rememberer giants' slugger was convicted of one count of obstruction of justice. he will be sentenced in december. he faces a maximum of 10 years.

we tried to talk to the former san francisco giants' employee today who is accused of embezzling money from the team's payroll but there was no answer at her door. robin oh connor allegedly embezzled a million 1/2 dollars. we have been told that she has agreed to return at least some of the money. she's expected to appear in court at the end of next month. tonight, firefighters have gained a lot of ground on that motor fire. a burning motor home is what sparked that fire last thursday. the blaze has since consumed 5200 acres of trees and brush. all evacuations in the area have been lifted and the highway 140 was reopened to traffic yesterday. the fire is 85% contained. temperatures on the increase. fog on the decrease. right now, these are the highs
