ginsburg may make. many people are watching to see if she will announce her retirement plans. at sfo, ken pritchett, ktvu channel 2 news. developing news happening in san francisco. hundreds of hotel workers are ending a week long strike with a march through downtown san francisco. we told you about the strike last thursday. reps say the workers have been picketing around the clock. what we are bringing you is live picks of the protesters. there are more than 200 in this crowd. we understood they were headed to the embarcadero. workers across the country wacked off the job to draw attention to abusive labor practices. many have been working without a contract for two years.

open investigation. live, alex savage, ktvu channel 2 news. authorities will not charge a woman whose husband's body was found buried in the backyard. the fbi began investigating after neighbors reported dale smith missing. his wife gave investigators permission to search the backyard. that's when they found the body buried. the coroner has been unable to determine a cause of death. >> a 17-year-old boy is facing drunk driving and stolen vehicle charges after he crashed a car into a store. happened at 1:00 this afternoon. highway 101. when officers tried to pull him over the driver took a freeway

more on the developing news from downtown san francisco. this is a protest that continues to grow. we are estimating there are about 750 people. they have moved from in front of the hyatt to justin herman plaza, which is behind the hyatt. we don't know where they plan to go after this rally. these workers are hotel workers working without a contract for some time now. holding this rally to bring attention to their cause. we are continuing to follow this story and we will keep you posted on what happens. report released today blames bp for the oil spill in the gulf of mexico and the death of 11 workers. the investigative report comes from the coast guard and the agency that regulates. it sites poor management and a bad job that well head for the disaster. google paid 1/3 more than
