department with the important information we are expected to learn about that body today, allie? >> reporter: michelle lee was last seen where she was taking a nursing class. she left that class nearly four months ago and the police have been investigating her disappearance since then. we have been hoping to speak with police about a discovery made over the weekend a search group found the body located between 680 and foot hill road near the castle wood country club. the body was decomposed so investigators were not able to tell whether it belonged to a man or woman but the medical examiner may be able to tell the gender as wellly -- as early as today. search crews went near where the body was found to see if there was anything left behind and they have not said whether

they found anything significant. meanwhile the woman arrested for her murder is due back in court. jus still blame michelle lee for ruining her relationship. she could be assigned a public defender and she may end terrible a plea for the murder charges against her. allie rasmus ktvu channel 2 news. the prime suspect in a south bay crime spree is behind bars this morning. paul ray castillo is back behind bars in west sacramento. the parolely is accused of shooting a 4 -year-old man -- 42-year-old man while robbing a gas station. castillo carjacked the lexus and took the owner friday evening at an apartment
