alameda sheriff's deputies think some sort of a beebee gun or spell lit gun was used in the attack. we are here off of san pablo area where police say the bus was targeted and there were passengers on board at the time. it happened just before 1:00 a.m. and it appears somebody shot at the flex i glass windows. they think the suspect took aim from some bushes at 59th street but the bus did not stop until 45th street. 12 passengers were on the bus, they were not hurt and later transferred to another bus. they are talking to sheriff's deputies and will let you know if they have any leads. tara moriarty ktvu channel 2 news. a band of armed robbers is targeting stores across the county. earlier the food max was hit

arraigned on the new indictment. a woman is fighting for her life this morning fooling shooting in the western addition neighborhood. a man and woman were sitting on a car in bakers street when somebody opened fire. the man was also wounded but his wounds are not life- threatening. police gang task force is investigating the shooting. people in palo alto are calling for changes after a six- year-old girl was killed while walking to school. she was in the crosswalk when she was hit by a car yesterday, it happened right in front of her mother and sisters. police did not arrest the driver, 49-year-old alicia parker, a music teacher at a school nearby but the dmv said she has previous violations for driving while talking on a cell phone and speed violations.

on the golden gate bridge. we have 80 westbound as we head out to the mcarthur maze. traffic is looking good if you are driving westbound i-80 and eastbound i-80 as well. driving looks good on the westbound bay approach and nice into san francisco or the other way around from san francisco into oakland. and all over the place on 280, traffic is light, let's go to steve. we have clear skies coming up the coast skipping in the san was keen, the main impact will be cooler by the coast because fog is roaring up the roast. 50s for some north bay, san jose sitting at 66 degrees.

went out by the delta, there is an on shore winds, so far that would signal a big cooling trends and that's not happening but what is happening is in the transition zone. that system will start to work its way out towards us but today if you are away from the coast, it will be warm to hot, not as hot as yesterday but if you are closer to coast and bay, get ready for a sea breeze and then our temperature drops and the system kicks in. we are still being held in check, it is warm to hot inland and the cooling trends starts a little bit today and really kicks into higher gear on friday to saturday. watch how that fog comes rolling out, it cannot make much of an impact inland but
