to turn out for a protest here and that is just starting. the bank of america security guards are out front. the police are passing by in the patrol cars, but no real police presence there. they will demonstrate every wednesday through november. and then as it gets later in the evening, we will watch as we get the new developments. . there was a march to the i.r.s. building this afternoon, calling for the corporations and the wealthy to pay their fair share of taxes. outside city hall, there are about 100 tents with a make- shift kitchen to serve meals. we are there with more on the dance that is happening between the city and protesters.

park. the protesters said that they are ready for a long occupation there. coming up at 4:30 15, more on the rising cost of going to college and the new reason to be upset and the total amount of student debt in the united states and the milestone it passed for the first time. in a case of vigilante justice, two brothers said they attacked a man that molested an 8-year-old girl. the two were said to have whipped, punched and burned the man. he has been convicted of the mow legislation of the 8-year- old daughter of one man's girl friend. the motives do not matter, but it is not acceptable for any individual in the community to attack another violently, even if they were wrongd. the san francisco victim

services have expanded to china town. the announcement was made this morning. since june, the program has advanced in the city and into the bay and mission districts. services will be offered in the cameron house in china town. >> all the victims will not come to the same place for help. >> there is help to get through the legal system and get people through crime and back on their feet. a small grass fire was put out in the oak land hills, but then it reignited into a massive fire that destroyed over 4,000 homes. >> i have never seen anything like that. >> that firefighter was one of many people sent to the fire.

>> they were trying to beat back the flames. >> i was watching the fire burning and the flames reaching up in the air and starting a fire behind where we were. >> the residents that lived there left in mass, grabbing what they could or nothing at all to escape the path 69 flames. >> you have to leave your home now. the fire is only a hundred yards back. as we left, we saw this wall of fire coming down the street. >> the emergency communications and water supplies upgraded, but the oak land hills are densely populated with narrow roads and are prone to strong winds. >> this is still there.

officials are responding. >> this is the letter put out yesterday by the school and here is the letter put out today by the superintendent after our report aired last night. it is the comments in the racial slur made by a student. this is a letter sent out on friday. an 11-year-old girl got a written death threat in school and it called her the n word and said they were going to get their dad's gun and kill them. >> after speaking to the superintendent, it is not just the i want, but the school's reaction that caused concern. >> we will see what they did and how they did that and if we could improve on thanchts she gave me the letter, the students that committed the acts will be disciplined under
