dead. reportedly muammar gaddafi was captured when national transitional forces took control of his home town of certificate. they say he suffered injuries during the capture but we have not been able to confirm that yet. we will bring you reports on more on the military mission that led to muammar gaddafi's reported capture including the role of nato. meantime secretary of state hillary rodham clinton is still on that visit to afghanistan. secretary of state hillary rodham clinton said it's very important for the u.s. afghanistan and pakistan to cooperate against the insurgence. they called to get rid of the terrorists within its borders. they will head to pakistan and talk with pakistanty leaders. they are now leading the

have happened in concord. an argument happened here. >> he got into some altercation with his supervisor and he rereceived a rifle and shotgun and began shooting at his supervisor. he is in critical condition at this time. >> police say the supervisor and other security guards returned fire it is unknown if he was sit by the gunfire. he may be driving a white toyota truck. it was run by one former retch month police, -- richmond police, security guards were out here and bought them weapons or at least instructed them to buy weapons and that company was let go because of the controversy. the company that long works for

taken over. they are already in place in new york and los angeles and more are planned for washington d.c. and detroit. the realignment program is creating jobs in san francisco. nonviolent offenders are being placed in cities all over the state. they received $6 million to handle the amount of inmates. they are paying for 31 new jobs and that money will be used for a center, job training, educational services and substance abuse training for the offenders. later today, cal fire will conduct controlled fires and this is a way to get rid of i am says i have brush along highway 101.

it is thursday i am pam cook and the thyme now is 6:30. we have new information involving the security guard who opened fire on co-workers late last night in richmond. kraig debro has just confirmed that that suspect is in custody kraig debro? >> reporter: yes, the lieutenant said the suspect was arrested in the county two minutes ago. he is wanted for two shootings, one happen here and you can see see and if you pan over to the right you can see a tree where the sponsor shined a light, there is plaqueards and each one is next to a bullet hole which is described as a shootout by police. according to an officer on the scene, the suspect worked for a

company that was recently hired following a controversy with the old company. police are saying 50-year-old duran long is now in custody and highway patrol is accused of shooting at two co-workers. they had information that he might be in the county and was spotted by more than one or more law enforcement agencies and after a short chase he gave himself up without incident. i talked to a man who just heard about what happened last night and i said what do you think about it and he said i am very surprised. he is wanted for another shooting and he said into his neighbors house out there and people were home apt the time including a small child.
