demonstration. >> it is one that we as a city worked to develop a protocol and how we can support the rights of speech. we're also addressing my public health concerns the city may be. >> the other supervisors were eric mark. they are talking about introducing a resolution to the board that would allow the occupy protest to go on undisturbed. there is some distension between occupy protestors in í oakland. . >> i just don't understand why you guys have a problem. . >> because it's threatening the ultimate goal. >> they rg -- argued about a fence police installed earlier this week. that came as more than 1,000 people marched through downtown í oakland. demonstrators tore the fencing down last night. >> everyone began taking down the fence peacefully.

í oakland school board decided to close five elementary schools at the ebbed -- end of this school year. that came in spite of a protes that brought -- protest that brought out 500 people before the meeting. this morning some parents said it hurts the students to lose their school. >> so many kids are going to lose out as not getting education. no amount of number, 1, 2, 10, 100 or whatever, it is so unfair. >> the í oakland elementary schools scheduled for close yaur are lake view, mark well park and santa fe. the board of directors delayed a decision on a new policy covering when to shut down cell phone service in its under ground stations and tunnels. the proposed policy would allow shutting off cell service only in extreme circumstances, such as a terrorist attack. it comes in
