police force. now, in the those protests, one of the people seriously hurt, scott olson. he is a rallying cry for demonstrators and this is a memorial for olson. with candles. pictures and signs in front of the plaza. >> we are scott olson. >> 500 people took part last night and there was a police presence. police in riot gear did form a line out in front of the main police station. and there were no confrontations and no arrests. later in the night, however, two hours after the march started. someone broke a window of a police recruiting station. occupy oakland supporters condemned the act. one man said he was on the act and the person who broke the window does not represent the group.

the police reaction to the occupy demonstrations saying she is deeply saddened by what happened. iraq veterans is no long at the high land hospital. he suffered a head injury during a confrontation with police at the occupy oakland protest. a hospital spokesman tells ktvu, he was transferred to another facility on friday night at the request of the insurance carrier. nor the facility and scott olson is now longer at high land hospital. >> he is said to be in fair condition. michael moore tweeted that he tried to visit but the olson family was asking for privacy. protestors in occupy santa rosa are waking up this morning. they are temporarily allowing

. hundreds marched in the streets. welcome back to mornings on two. supporters behind "occupy oakland" do not support what happened. we have more on that. ally. > >> reporter: they pointed out that the "occupy oakland" encampment all overlap and one person can't speak on behalf of one of the group. participants and people you see camped out. they have a group meeting on vote on what action the group is going to takes a a whole. one of the things they did vote on as a whole was endorsing the idea for a general strike.

you can see, out here in the plaza, there are signs advertising the general strike. "occupy oakland" is asking people to go on strike wednesday in support of their cause. they do have meetings on tuesday and they voted. and they wanted them to come to work and take it outside their work. there was a rally here and a martha left from the practices s it was a protest of police brutality. and for the conflict and police and protestors earlier this week. it is not voted on by the general assembly. however, a lot of supporters and participants did take part. they were marching through downtown oakland. no confrontations and no

arrests. later in the night. however, two hours after the march. they broke the window of the police recruiting station in downtown oakland. and they condemned the act of violence. >> this is does not represent what we stand for. whoever the person that did this, we are asking that maybe, cool down. go talk to someone. a lot of of emotions in the crowd. >> we talked to a person with the security team out here at the plaza. the security team and the encampment. they said they will discuss the broken window and discuss the possibility of pain to replace it. and the people would "occupy oakland" say the person who broke the window is not part of this group. >> live in oakland. channel 2 news. protestors at "occupy santa rosa" are waking up this morning. they are temporarily allowing them to camp out.

there are some conditions. no violence. no alcohol, drugs or public urination will be allowed. by last night 30 tents were set up. they will reassess the situation on tuesday. member monday straighters took to the streets for the occupy sf camp yesterday. some wore halloween costumes in the pit of the holiday weekend. but the encampment can stay for now. he is working with protestors to keep the site clean and safe. >> 30 people were arrested after they refused to leave a park. >> they had to carry or drag them away. no violence during the arrests.
