than 24 hours occupy oakland protesters have been told to shut down their encampment at frank ogawa plaza. jade hernandez. >> reporter: ken, hours ago leaders sent out a second eviction in the and we saw a couple of people took down their portable structures and remove it from frank ogawa plaza and told us they were unlappy that the way the structure was used and thought the homeless were using it more than who they had set it up for and we have also witnessed a lot of activity. ♪[ music ] >> reporter: we watched dancers, musicians and others and we understand that the mayor's office has extended outreach to those who are homeless and carving out in the square. operation dignity reaches out to those who might need a place to stay. flyers about ministries that take in the homeless have been distributedded. earlier today they were told 160 tents were in the plaza,

conversations. demonstrators at occupy st. louis returned to their protest site this morning after getting evicted. police arrested dozens of protesters who refused to leave. a federal judge denied the protesters' request to stay through the weekend. in spite of that weekend and the arrests, several protesters returned this morning. most of the tents though are gone. the judge will consider whether the protesters can occupy a different part of the park next week. in richmond occupy protesters took aim at a bank of america branch. kiro-7's john sasaki talked to the demonstrators who blame the bank for the foreclosure practice. >> reporter: dozens of protesters hit the bank of america at mcdonald and san pablo in richmond. >> we're asking them to recognize we're the community. that is our money in the bank,
