announcement he saw a back up of the building right here at the hall and leading them to believe police may be taking action soon. i spoke with police and they have not told this -- they have told this crowd repeatedly if they do not pack up and go home they could be arrested. they came out just about 30 minutes ago. >> camping here is unlawful and if you stay here, you are subject to arrest so i am asking please pick up your tents and your stuff. >> that was the third warning, one came at 2:00 and one came 3:30 a.m. there was dialog which led us to believe there would be further negotiations, we will tell you about that.
